I’m still waiting on my sad card, emailed and was told it was sent on 10/10/22 and should receive within 3-5 working days. I’m very annoyed I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered😡😡

Firstly…..don’t order form this company..
Absolutely awful customer service..
I ordered a replacement sd card for my VW transporter. The card was delivered very quickly, however the sd card didn’t work. Contacted them via email and asked me to send pictures of the unit. Which I did and confirmed that it was the correct sd card ordered.
I returned the sd card the very next day via post office. This was Beginning of August 2022..

I waited for 2 weeks and still no replacement sd card or any update from them.
Contacted the company via email on a number of occasions, asking for update, had no reply for weeks I’ve kept requesting update but I’ve still not had any joy.
They offered me replacement again or refund. I stupidly opted for replacement. It’s now mid October and they’ve just replied asking for pictures of the unit again. Stating that I’ve ordered wrong sd card.
Now I’ve had another email saying they can’t find the sd card I returned and requested a receipt from the post office. This was sent and I’ve not heard anything else. They are not replying to any of my emails.
I’ve asked for full refund but nothing from them..
Don’t use this company…

I bought one of these SD cards for my VW, the first being a clear, cheap copy and unsurprisingly did not work. I returned the faulty SD card. Despite re-confirming the make/model, a replacement SD was then sent out and unsurprisingly did not work either. This was returned as instructed by the company.

I have now been waiting over a month for a full refund. All my correspondences are replied to with a 'Please be patient you will receive your money'. This is unacceptable and is my opinion a holding email intended to either make you lose interest and/or forget about it with no intention to follow through with their fake promises.

Their customer care is non-existent and would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use this company at all, avoid at all costs!!!

I have left a 1-STAR as this is the lowest available.

SatNav Direct have still not sent my Nissan Connect2 SD card I ordered on 26 August paid next day postage and then had to pay to return the incorrect card they sent me. I already posted on trust pilot and their response was remove my post and they will send me 10 pounds - in total I’m out of pocket 50 pounds . On 21st September they mailed me saying it’s in the post- still not received so on the 26th I told them I will take matter further I want 50 pounds back or the card . They are yet to respond . Lies and more lies bad service just keep saying be patient it’s on the way ??? Why can’t they just say we don’t have your card and refund me !!!

I bought one of these SD cards it did not work I sent it back as per instructed by the company I have waited nearly a month now I keep asking for my refund and I keep getting told please be patient you will receive your money how long does it take to transfer the money back there as quick and taking it off you but not returning it I would not recommend us to anyone

Avoid. Please check the 1* reviews before buying. All the same story of threats of violence and scamming people. They sent the wrong SD card and now been waiting 2 months for refund. Seems weird they have good reviews on here but an average of 2.5 on all other review websites?

Not even 1 star.Absolutely disgusting company using the F word is not a professional company.Really ,really bad should not be allowed to operate a business especially when it doesn’t work or is totally out of date.AVOID AT ANY COST.
