Ordered a PS5 console 19th March, nothing received and no refund. At the time the website had lots of 5 star reviews. Something Trustpilot has to look into if they want to remain credible

Scam, you will never receive anything. Luckily used a CC so getting money back through them was an option.

It's definitely the best fake website I've ever seen, I'm guessing the plan is to avoid refunding as many as possible or simply selling the card and personal info. Worked well by using fake reviews to begin with, hopefully won't work much longer.

Scam company, simple as that. DO NOT BUY Anything and if you did then I hope you used a credit card or can reclaim ASAP.

As many others are reporting this is a scam website. I ordered a PS5 when there were no bad reviews here. While I was waiting for it to be dispatched the negative reviews started popping up so I contacted Satrapa to ask what was happening with my order and they told me they were cancelling it.

So they are cancelling our orders, after taking our money, telling and telling us there is a delay but still allowing people to buy PS5s online. If they were telling the truth about there payment company suspending them for 90 days why are they still selling them other than to scam?

I phoned my credit card company and they told me I can't open a dispute for ten days because I need to give them time to refund me. So it looks like I'll be having to pay and wait however long it takes to get my money back.

Ordered a GPU from the site and they have not made any contact or answer my emails since completing the order and taking my money. If you try and call them a automated voice advises that they are not taking any calls and to try again later.

And please make sure that you always use a credit card. At least this way you can get your money back!

7days no item ,no tracking despite numerous web chats. Useless.

The email they sent me is below in quotations EXACTLY as it was sent to me .Copy and pasted.

Unfortunately all orders are delayed as our payment processor Stripe has put a hold on all our found for 90 days.
We are unable to pay suppliers so we will be unable to fulfill orders.
We have initiate refunds for all our customers in order to arrange alternative payment method so we can pay suppliers and deliver goods.
I am truly sorry for this inconvenience, but there is nothing else we can do at the moment.
You can open up a dispute with Stripe if you want, which we done and our solicitors are dealing with it.
A complementary 10% discount is offered to all our customer for this and future orders.
Thank you for your understanding! "

I had a feeling I would not get my order so I paid with my credit card. I suggest you do the same.
Also he still has the items up for sale on the satrapa site even though he cannot get anything .
AVOID.

Scammers. Initially I thought they were genuine drop shippers but never received my item and got various emails claiming it was on its way. Then got an email claiming they had a problem with their payment processing and I would get a refund instead.

Made an order last week at a good price for a PS5. They marked it as completed a week later. I hadn't received it so I emailed them asking what was going on.

They replied saying there was a problem with their payment processor and suggested I get in touch with them to try to resolve the problem. I wasn't too keen on the idea, I asked them to dispatch the product.

They refused and initiated a refund, despite me never asking for a refund, not wanting a refund, and them still having the product in stock according to their website.

To their credit their customer service team is very responsive. It's just a shame everything else is so shoddy.

They cancelled my order after 8 days due to a problem with their "payment processor".

They have said they are refunding my £799 but I will update the review if they do or not.

Their delivery is slow. After 7 days they still hadn't dispatched my product.

They are very communicative which is nice and reassuring.

Advice is to only buy with credit card, not debit card to give you more protection with small and unknown companies like this.

**Update** Changed to 1 star. They did not give a refund and I had to chargeback through my credit card. If you have not paid with a credit card then you need to pray you have a good bank who will help or you will not see your money again. Pure scam who stall for time to keep your money. Avoid.

I have been 2 weeks waiting for my order. Several times I contacted their team and they assured me that I would get it.

Today, they told me it would arrive tomorrow. Then suddenly, two hours later, I received an email that I would get the refund of my money in the next 10 days +.

They sell without stock (and at quite a high price), hoping that by the end of the 10 working days they will be able to get it, which is ridiculous.

All in all, a waste of 2 weeks of my time and now wait to get the money back who knows when (10 days +).

Just a little tip for SATRAPA, if you do not have stock then do not advertise it in your website!!!

Funny thing is that they still say IN STOCK in their add, which proves what I have just said.

2-3 days after i placed the order, i received an email saying that the order is complete. I chased the order through the chat platform, I was always reassured that it will be delivered on time.
Just now I contacted them as I still have not received it, i was told that they are having issues, and might not get it.
They said I can wait for another 2 days.
I am not happy with this complete waste of time

Today received 3 pieces of RTX 3080 from them.. rarely in on the market, I was a bit sceptic, but everything worked well.. thank you, I will get back to them these days to order more for my small business

Ordered an Iphone 12 Pro from them.. took 12 days to arrive, a bit more than expected, but the support team was very responsive and explained me every delay reason.. best price found for this iphone

Bought an iMac from them, in 8 days it was at my home, excellent cooperation. I've looked a lot for such an iMac at a good price, recommend their services.

Been buying from them for a while, both my PS4 and PS5 after I made the upgrade. They have sent by mistake the driverless one(only digital games), but I returned it and got the right version back.
The prices are fine even tho PS5 is really expensive lol
