Great experience with PT
I trained with Toby at SATS Adelgade for three months, and it was a fantastic experience. As a beginner to the gym—and adjusting to a new culture—I initially felt awkward and unsure of what to do. But within just a few weeks, I went from feeling intimidated walking into the Adelgade gym to following a structured strength training routine with confidence. Toby is an excellent trainer, and I highly recommend him!

Personal training sessions with Sheena
I’ve just completed 25 PT sessions with Sheena Grae Andersen in SATS Fields, and I feel incredibly lucky—Sheena has been the best personal trainer I could have asked for! We started slowly, as I was a complete beginner at the time, but I’ve made so much progress since then. I’m pretty sure that without her, I wouldn’t be where I am today, both physically and mentally. Sheena explained everything clearly, challenged me in every session, and supported me 100% throughout the journey. She made every workout fun and something I truly looked forward to each day. Plus, the program she gave me has all the tools I need to keep going on my own, which I’m super grateful for.

Incorrect charges applied
I had a private subscription and changed to an yearly one, through my company, which pays 12 months upfront.
I received an invoice for my private subscription, employees were not capable of explaining what happened, chat support didn't help and now added "reminder fee of 100kr"

Unjustified Fees & Terrible Customer Service
I had a terrible experience with SATS. Without any proper notification, they sent my account to a debt collector (Intrum), charging me an outrageous 1,400 DKK in fees. After thoroughly checking my e-Boks, I confirmed that I never received any reminder or notice of a failed payment.
Instead of properly informing their customers, SATS seems to rely on third-party collectors to impose excessive fees. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never use their services again.
Be cautious before signing up—this feels like a scam.
