The reason for this is because I was having real trouble of login in and register.

I was at the time trying to register and all it wants is current address should be after my date of birth and that was in the details part and when I tried to log in, it got really funny.

They have promised me that it will all be sorted but its not.

I am so angry with them right now I just feel like that I've given up on them.

For that, I'm never go with them again.

Had a few loans in the past from Satsuma with no problems £1000 & £600 always paid on time with a perfect Satsuma credit score,(on App) when my car failed it’s mot at the wrong time of the month I immediately thought Satsuma won’t let me down with the money I needed but sadly I was WRONG logged into my account with a provisional offer of a loan thought great went through full process all good, when the application declined came up I was gobsmacked nothing had changed since last application what did it mean “ credit Reference Agency can’t give us information required “ with the reason!! Had 2 previous loans from you , As I’d been an outstanding previous customer decided to go through the appeal system only to receive a letter saying a no is a no but you can reapply in 2 months ermmmmm no very very disappointed in how they treat loyalty customers.

Filled in application. Showed to have 380 plus a month left after outgoings. Then said I was accepted subject to providing proof of income. Sent in wageslip showing 200 pound more than i declared on my application. (Had to send it TWICE by the way!) 36 hours after i thought i was accepted i was refused due to not being able to afford it!!! It was only 70 pound a month! Absolute timewasters! Why wasnt i just declined immediately? Really upsetting

Absolutely appalling customer service avoid this company without question interest rate is way too high , I took out a short term loan of £1000.00 over 12 months and then decided one day after the 14 day cooling off period to repay in full was told it would an additional £100.83 to settle , complained immediately was given incorrect information by customer helpline after numerous phone calls took over three weeks to resolve , this company should have its licence to operate revoked.Have reported this to the Financial conduct authority who are looking into this companies operations very closely. PLEASE AVOID USING SATSUMA LOANS.

Awful! Please avoid these shysters.

All of the interest is paid first before even touching the capital. Then they take and extra 28 days of interest if you wish to settle early. Would never use again or recommend. Go elsewhere if you can.

Despite sending numerous emails with payslip details, the loan has still not progressed and no contact from Satsuma

One of the worst loan company ever with very bad customer service

This company gave me a chance when i had been refused by others. i would recommend this company to anybody who's credit isn't the best.

i can definitely say it was easy to apply online and the money arrived very quickly.

Part of provident loan shark group.

Interest added when you take out the loan so it's a loophole to stop people who have financial difficulties.

They make profit from your misfortune!

Awful service and pure time wasters. I had a loan paid every month on time told me can apply again so I did and then asks for prove of income after already been paying them so I send anwuays and say they can't ready it okay I send another one could not be more clear and say not clear enough. This is now 5 days after I first applied. This should not be allowed to be company and shut down very bad service staff very rude and I will take this so much further for the time they waste. Go to wonga or anywhere else. Please trust this.

Applied on Thursday, asked for payslip details etc. Didn't hear back until today when refused. Whats the point in asking for bank detail screenshots etc when going to be refused?

Absolute joke...make u think uve been acceped and just need to confirm your income.. u go to the trouble to send proof of income (which matches what u have already stated) and then they decide to decline u!! Waste of time!!!!

Crap company avoid at costs much better company's out there then these cowboys please stay away from them

Would've thought Satsuma would've been better rated.
Need average credit and above although.
Good login service to use, easy to use and pay.
Haven't had to contact them so not sure if that is a low point or not.

Would recommend.

Satsuma Loans are very slow to respond to email communication. I emailed them about a brief payment break because of unexpected outgoings and I am still waiting for a response. It's too late now and due to Satsuma's slapdash approach to customer service I find myself contemplating the prospect of having to use a food bank. I no longer have any faith in Satsuma Loans.

Rubbish company they say your approved then decline you soft credit search my a**e glad never went with them after reading into there fees rip of rates part of provident what do you expect

Disgusting company. I applied for a loan a loan a full credit check was done. I passed! Signed the credit agreement as states on there website once signed money will be transferred great! No completely miss leading after signing into my account. My loan was stuck at pending for 4 days! No communication from satsuma at all. No phone calls emails. I was the one who had to contact them. To actually find out what was going on. Only to be told I was declined! Shocked as I passed the credit check. They didn't even bother to email me to say I was supposedly declined. So 4 days of waiting for nothing well Donte satsuma. You could have easily asked for a wage slip. There email communication is non excisdent! There communication is awful. I personally would warn any one to go to a more reputable company than these idiots. They will just mess you around, and won't even contact you. There site is completley miss leading. Not a reputable company.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

It was fine the first few months, my money was in the same day, even over a weekend, with no problems, until the last month.

Suddenly, with over a grand in my account, they claim they can't take the payment, they harass me on a Sunday and Monday, when I'm working, until I finally pick up the phone and they tell -me- I'm late with payment. Essentially, they blamed me for their system screw up because apparently it doesn't work weekends. Went to the website and paid it right there, I obviously had the money - yet they made no serious attempt to collect it and then marked me as "late" in my final summary.

I find it funny that it just happen to be the final payment that they said they couldn't take, I think they were looking for extra fees or something. Total garbage, wouldn't use in a bind ever again.
