Ordered some trousers two weeks ago. No updates. Total silence. Have tried emailing various addresses, even Instagram comments. Nothing. I have no idea what has happened to my order or how to get my money back. I am extremely alarmed and at a loss. Awful service, avoid!

The clothes are beautifully designed and the fits are honestly some of my favourites, but I cannot recommend anymore as I've had 2 bad experiences now with 2 separate pairs of trousers. Both are only worn on special occasions, maybe 4-5 times a year (events/weddings etc) and both have faded way beyond the norm after a couple washes. They have these huge ugly pale patches on the front, like when trousers have sun damage, which I'd think was normal after a few years and lots of wear, but these are mostly in a cupboard most of the year. It's super disappointing for a pair of trousers that cost over £250. When I contacted customer services they just told me it was probably because I was caring for them wrong - never had any issue with any of my other trousers but hey ho guess it's my fault

Very good communication when I didn’t get an email to say the transaction had gone through.
The jacket arrived promptly and I’m delighted with it. It’s well cut, a lovely shape and although made of cotton, the padding is unusually warm. I would buy again from this site.

Has not refunded a purchase I made over three months ago, even though all items were returned and marked as delivered to their facility. Have sent maybe 10+ follow-up emails that have gone unanswered. Brand has awesome pieces, but horrendous customer service. Would not even reimburse me with international shipping costs. Would buy their items from stockists. Avoid.

It gives me great pleasure to give this embarrassing outfit 1 star. Absolutely woeful customer experience. Low quality item received. No response to email raising issue. Item returned at my expense. Yet to receive a refund. Without a doubt the worst worst brand I have ever dealt with.

Excellent service had physio with ajay at the Loughborough centre very respectful,helpful and resurring would highly recommend.

Nice designs and concept but very poor quality.

I bought a pair of trousers from them which cost like £90 in sale. They were cool, very baggy but felt extremely cheap like primark. They ripped at the crotch literally the first time i kneeled down.

I asked if I could exchange them for another pair sort of newer version which was more expensive like £120 and had some 'engineered crotch' sort of like what technical outdoor trousers have.

This was a total joke though, when these trousers arrived they were even worse quality than the ones before, just looked cheap and nasty.

Exact same thing happened when i kneeled down they ripped at the crotch.

I asked for a refund explaining this was the second time this had happened and they just ignored my emails lol. Raised it with paypal and eventually got a refund but what a joke. This happened back in 2021 so maybe they have improved quality since but doubt it.

Don't support this company, bunch of cowboys.

Extremely poor quality clothes. Just sent two pairs of pants back after 1 wash due to big ripping in stitches. Company doesn't reply e-mails or facebook when trying to get in contact.
They proclaim to be hippie/green/good quality but produce in china with worst materials and stitching.
