AVOID. If you want to return a product it manages to get lost. I have proof of lost item. Trying to get a refund is a joke having to go to my bank to get the refund. Days waiting for even a response from them

I bouthg SAUCONY ENDORPHIN RUNNING Shoes on 17th July from Flipkart India, in just two months its become usless, was very bad quality. Not comfortable for long running or even for practice run.....As per my strava receord i didnt run more than 150 KM. I just use this shoe for my long run on sunday to sunday. Very Disapointed....

Very poor and this is my first time trying Saucony shoes which is a shame. I paid a lot of money for 2 shoes in 2 sizes as was unsure how they’d fit. I’ve done this before with HOKA and wow so easy.
Love the shoes but need to return one pair. The online returns is awful, it’s saying it doesn’t recognise my order number or postcode. Can see this is a common issue as both are correct.
I tried to contact them on email, it’s been 4 days so far and know they say 5, which again is way above the standard 24hours. Not happy as going in holiday tomorrow and will most likely be told I’ve passed the 30 days return period.
To top it off their live chat doesn’t work so there is 0 help on offer for expensive shoes.
I hope to hear from someone asap.

I recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes from their .DE shop. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing the reviews here. But for me the processing and delivery was quick in each case, ordered on Sunday, received on Wednesday. Great shoes. The price was more competitive than from other retailers. I didn't deal with returns so can't judge on that though.

Bought an expensive pairs of shoes from this company. I usually have 3 different pairs of shoes that I rotate wearing. I am very careful with my shoes. The polyurethane base on these has a plastic blue coating. After only 3 months this coating was cracking and peeling off. I called customer service. A live agent said to submit a claim as this should not happen. Took a pic and submitted a claim. The response was a preset one with many possible reasons to deny the claim. The one highlighted in bold was improper usage. At 65 I can assure you no improper usage. I replied to them my disappoint at the response and asked for more follow up. They have gone quiet. There are many other brands of runners to purchase.

BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!! Seems like a shady company. I ordered two pairs to try different sizes and returned the one didn't fit properly. It's been more than 15days since I returned the product and no refund has been processed. Emailed them and it's been 7 days and haven't heard anything back. Their customer service and the process of ordering and returns are the worst but they are pricing their shoes like NEW BALANCE and other performance shoes companies.

DO NOT BUY. They have stock issues and warehouse problems but don't say that up front. Ordered and had to chase up after 5 days to be told they had delays and they'd "email the warehouse to ask to ship" after lying and telling me it was already sent for delivery with a tracking number. They say they do next day delivery on the site but they clearly have operational issues.

I had bought the Endorphin Speed 4’s for a half marathon and after this race and a 10k, the left shoe ONLY had started to rip and deteriorate around the sides. I have never worn these shoes in the rain as I am conscious of how much they cost.
I am so gutted that a product that I have spent a lot of money on would tear and deteriorate so quickly with only a couple of uses and with extreme care from myself.
I have emailed Saucony and haven’t had a reply even after a month! I have sent photos as evidence and still no reply!

Shoe developed fault after two weeks of light treadmill use. They said to send them back for assessment. They later admitted faulty. No apology at any stage

HORRIBLE shoes! I bought one pair that was phenomenal. Comfortable, looked good, and a good price. So, what do I do? Like an idiot, I went out and bought ten pairs of them! Then, the popping started. The right shoe on every pair pops when I walk. It is so annoying and embarrassing. What a waste of money.

Useless. Ordered with next day delivery option and today is 4th working day and neither delivery or anyone comes back to me from customer service. They use Evri which is an absolute lottery if your parcel gets stolen or not.

Unimpressed with lack of support. Tried to do a return, copied the order number from their email and it doesnt recognise. No contact number/ no chat available after 3pm and email apparently takes up to 5 days for a response.
Such awful service. Firstly their return portal should work but if not at least have someone to contact. Wont be buying from here again
Poor return policy
Terrible experience with Saucony customer service team, what a poor company. I bought a pair of Saucony Hurricane 24, did a couple of two mile runs in them, to which I experienced intense medial knee pain. I contacted customer service to explain my issue and they didn’t even offer to exchange for an alternative pair to meet my needs. Saucony don’t seem to give a dam about the needs of the end user and whether their product adequately meets their needs. Be aware of ordering Saucony products. I’m not stuck with an expensive pair of shoes that if I continue to use would cause a serious injury, this is so poor. Brooks and other companies offer trial period for their running shoes as they understand the importance of getting the right ones.

Hugely disappointed with the delivery of my trainers and after sales support. The parcel was delivered with no one to receive them, and no evidence of delivery, no photo, no note.
The trainers were not there when I got home, and it’s been an impossible job contacting customer support. No response to my email, and none of the phone numbers are working.
What a shame that a good product has very poor customer service
