SauerCrowd offers a good introduction…

SauerCrowd offers a good introduction to kimchi-kraut making with their workshops, though they're not traditional Korean. Their products, like krauts and kombucha, are enjoyable, and the service is quite efficient. While the packaging is plastic-free and thoughtful, my experience was just average overall. It's a decent option for those looking to explore new flavors, but nothing too extraordinary.

Perfect gift and introduction to kimchi(kraut)

Great lecture and nice introductory level workshop on kimchi-kraut making (i.e. not traditional Korean kimchi-making). Looking forward to trying other iterations making other products as well. Received it as a gift and it was a lot of fun, even when attending on my own!

The workshop was not only a lot of fun…

The workshop was not only a lot of fun but also very informative. I took a friend there as a bday present and we both loved it and had a great time. Also enjoying our home made sauerkraut and ginger carrots daily :)

Brilliant! To be repeated. :)

Was very happy with the careful packaging (plastic free), my free gift (yay!) and the handwritten thank you and notes in the box. Not to mention the food! I ordered 2 kombucha, both of which were delightful, and 3 of the pickled veggies and I loved every single one of them. I am definitely going to order again. The nutritional values were also exactly what I was looking for, so really, I couldn't ask for more.

You do not really need more to be happy!

The package arrived again surprisingly fast and intact. We have now ordered for the second time because the sauercrowd is really delicious! A thick slice of sourdough bread, hummus and sauercrowd - you do not really need more to be happy.
