I wanted to make use of my right to exchange the item because the color was not true to life. I was supposed to pay the shipping costs and pay them up front, which were over €20. The customer service department no longer responded to my inquiries. Very poor service!

I'm from Greece, I ordered the case for iPhone 13 Pro Max, so they sent me the wrong case, a different design than the one I ordered, I spoke via email with the company, they apologized and they sent me another one completely free of charge, the case fits perfectly

Nice, high quality glossy case
It’s really nice! Good quality, fits snug around the edges and has a very slight camera edge, still protects the camera. I would like if there was a matte finish option, or some way for less fingerprints to show up.
