Received an Iki sauna heater today that we ordered via James, with support from Kel. Their pricing and courtesy was so good I was seriously concerned it was a scam company. Far from it. These guys were just at an unheard of level of politeness and customer support. It’s sad to say, but in this age that seems like a red flag. In fact, they completely earned our respect. The stove arrived in great shape via FedEx, and again the price was the best found in months of searching. Kudos to their team. Will look to Sauna Heater Supply again in the future. Thx, guys.

Sauna heater has great customer service and pricing! I needed to change my heater after the order was already place and they promptly cancelled the old one and helped me place a new one. This was also done quickly, all through texting, with no phone call required.

So helpful, knowledgeable & unbiased! I am definitely a skeptical, squeaky wheel & James went above and beyond not only to help out finding me the right heater, but gave his take on supplemental info (vent placement, material, etc).
