Great good experience overall
We had a very good experience overall with the whole sauna project and are extremely happy with the final result. The sauna is absolutely beautiful and finished to a very high standard.
Like with many custom projects, there were a few challenges during the installation, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally everything was addressed. The team was responsive, solution oriented, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right.
A special mention to Gonzalo and Orjan, who provided excellent service. Orjan as the lead carpenter, he is very detail oriented, highly qualified, and simply a pleasure to work with.
You can really feel the craftsmanship and care that went into the project. We are now enjoying a fantastic sauna and would definitely recommend them.

I took a chance on Saunamo
I took a chance on Saunamo. It really paid off. Their team expertly managed the process from ensuring the sauna I picked was the correct one for me to the delivery of the sauna to my house. They answered all my mainly silly questions and reassured me along the way. The Sauna itself looks the business and feels very well made. Thank you Saunamo ❤️

I bought my Saunamo sauna and ice bath one year ago, and both pieces of equipment are of extremely high quality and have delivered exactly the results I expected.
I use them six times per week and have never had any issues, especially regarding performance in reaching and maintaining the temperatures I want.
Their after sales service is exactly what every customer hopes for: the same courtesy, attention, and dedication we received at the time of purchase. When I decided to carry out the recommended annual maintenance, the service was impressive, extremely careful, committed, and efficient, just as it had been when I bought the equipment.
In other words, they are not only excellent at selling, but, above all, they are highly effective when the customer needs support after the purchase, which is rare nowadays.
