Lost my first bracelet, order two new ones. My order went missing in the shipping process. I contacted the support of Sava and after a few emails they sent me a new order.
Absolut fantastic support there! And ofc the pieces are in good quality!

Bought a bracelet for my husband for Christmas. It was broken by February, cheap and flimsy sadly - not great quality. But it did look nice for the 6 weeks it lasted!

Better than expected i have bathed and showered in this bracelet , i wearvit 24/7 including work as a construction manager , arrived as planned date ,

Quality was amazing! Also the customer service was absolutely amazing as well. At first, I was a bit skeptical because I’m in a different country and was slightly worried that I wouldn’t receive my order correctly or on time. I contacted Khreen with my troubles and he was extremely helpful and kind!

The first thing is that everything (all four products) were exactly as advertised and as I expected: great quality, great length and great durability. Second, arrived ahead of schedule and had no problems ordering. Lastly, I have received emails of thanks which makes me feel validated as a customer. Overall, having a blast with my purchase and very very happy.

Ordered two chains on the BOGO1/2 Off deal during the Valentine’s Day Sale, one 3MM Gold Rope Chain & one Gold Cross Chain. I was worried about some shipping issues reported by other customers on Trustpilot and Reddit but my chains arrived much quicker than I had expected. Both chains look excellent with pretty much any shirt or even shirtless. On the rope chain, the clasp has already begun to ware to stainless steel color, however, but the actual chain is an otherwise awesome product thus far. Likewise, the cross chain looks great, too. Was worried the thinner actual chain would be weak on the cross one but it’s actually pretty durable. The Mystery Gift that comes w/ that promotion is another story, however. It does not stack w/ other discounts. The gift card code won’t even copy and paste as promo code sometimes, sometimes does. Some emails say it’s $10 off, some say 10% off. I work in the retail industry and typically gift cards are a payment method, not a dollar-off coupon, hence why a “$10 SAVA Gift Card” should be a payment method w/ your credit/debit/payment method and not $ off offer that cannot be used w/ an existing offer. Basically a “it’s a free gift if you buy another piece” type promotion. The free gift packing does come in a well presented package, though. Overall, very pleased w/ the products and would definitely order from SAVA Amsterdam again.

I love my two necklaces that I had purchased. I purchased the blue stone pendant with a sliver chain and the red stone with the gold chain. They are very beautiful in a strong masculine way. I highly recommend buying them. These give a classy and sophisticated vibe. 10/10.

The product is very good, I already bought it, it arrived, but it took too long to arrive.

My order got duplicated due to their own website issues not responding when clicking paypal checkout. I sent them an email within one minute for them to cancel one order. 24 hours go by and I get an automated email saying it has shipped. These things are not cheap, how can you not cancel an order is beyond me
