GlenSZ Wellington Boots are Shit! Sent back to Amazon for a no quibble full refund, £59.99, Purchased 20th November 2025 and worn 6 times…. Rubber is starting to perish and crack around the the lower Big Toe area of upper! This is on both feet, hence watertight integrity of boots was breached! Not worth the money and should of put me hand in me pocket a bit further and purchased some Le Chameau or Aigle Boots! Buyers beware! Would add images to show you if this site facilitates this?

On the surface these boots were marvellous - a great price and comfortable. But I have not had them long and they are leaking water already. You can’t call the company and I have tried emailing them several times with. A warranty enquiry but it has been radio silence. A great shame as on the face of it they were a good buy but not fit for purpose and literally no customer service means it has been a total waste of money!

I purchased a pair of wellingtons less than three months ago ,and after using them occasionally, splits above the heel appeared. To say I am not remotely impressed with the durability of this product would be an understatement. To my mind , any product manufactured in China should generate caution. Basically, they are useless.

Ordered some boots via eBay. Had a couple of slight issues with them, received speedy replies and a replacement was swiftly sent out to me without having to ask. Very happy with their customer service.

Made purchase through Amazon they sent 25% of expected goods - refused refund until i returned goods as my cost and would not offer full refund - out come would have paid £12 for nothing
Went to Amazon - they have processed refund and I have my money back
Avoid like the plauge

Bought these boots back in February and already the sole has gone on them . Won't be buying again

Back in December I bought an necklace, it didn't arrive and therefore I was promised a refund. Haven't gotten my refund back and they aren't answering my emails anymore. Please keep away from this company as they either are scamming people or have the worst customer service.

Order and paid for 6 days ago. Only just get an snail advising processing my order. Will not use again as very poor service

Brought two wellington boot bags.Not what was wanted so returned in March. Have still to receive a refund and no replies to E mails.
So buyers be ware!!!!

Placed order with them which was accepted and paid for. Received email 2 days later saying item not in stock and would be refunded. No refund paid, emailed several times with no response and phone number unknown.
Absolute conmen, avoid at all cost

I thought i would go straight to the supplier and buy so did over the weekend. Takes Savage-Island till Tuesday to email me saying they are out of stock but doesn't offer me an alternative like for like boot.

No point buying from Amazon as advert states supplied by Savage-Island and full filled by Amazon. WHY advertise a product if you don't have any in the first place?.

Definitely won't be using this company again, very unprofessional and then these companies wonder why people come here and leave a bad review.

Shame Trustpilot don't have a minus rating because that's what Savage-Island deserve in this case.. Very disappointed.

This company sells fake badly made goods from China and claimed they where made in Ireland.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all at Savage Island for their help and guidance of products offered, it was fast, straight forward, a very simple website to navigate, I also received a follow-up call from John to thank me for my order, and to offer any help required in the future.
As we all know when shopping online, it pays took look at other sites, this is just good financial management, I found them very competitive and in truth hard to beat on all items displayed 'on-site'.
