A month to arrive, two more months and no customer support for wrong product delivery.
I placed an order with this website on the 26th of January. Despite this company allegedly shipping from The Netherlands or Germany, which to my location normally takes about 3 days, take a week at worst, I eventually received my parcel from them on the 20th of February. I was in no rush, so the long time without updates I can live with.
However, when I opened the parcel, it turns out they had sent me the wrong item. I immediately sent them a private message through Facebook that same day (as their website indicated to please message their social media due to alleged issues with their email and phone). I saw on Facebook that they had made a post on the 14th of February, only 6 days earlier, thus indicating their Facebook was active. Fastforward, today we are the 3rd of April, and I have not received a response from them, still.
Beyond my initial private message to Savage Looks on Facebook (1) I have further (2) emailed them, (3) tried calling them, (4) sent them a message on Instagram, and (5 + 6) left two public Facebook comments on their posts, to no avail. Even so, I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps it is a small, one-man company and something may have happened to the person in charge.
Today however, April 3rd, I checked their Facebook page again, to learn that on the 28th of March they have placed another public post. They furthermore have given reactions to users that left (positive) comments to their post. Meanwhile I am still being completely and utterly ignored.
I truly do not get what is up with this company. If it was some sort of intentional scam, it would make more sense for them not to have sent me my package at all. The item that was delivered is of about the same monetary value as the one that I ordered, so it is not like they scammed me by making me pay notably more for a cheaper item. As such, I truly do not get how or why they make no effort in all this time to provide any sort of customer service, despite the customer making various attempts to reach out.
All I know is that I will never be ordering from this company again. It is not worth the hassle, only to end up wasting money to now have a product laying around the house that I have no use for whatsoever, and still not having obtained the item that I factually purchased.
