So far I have had heard absolutely nothing from my purchase from about a week ago. No tracking number or any updates. A bit disappointing. Update 11/14: I did receive my package and product in good condition. I have to stick by my initial review however not good communication and updates. I will raise from two star to three. Might do business again.

My banking app made a false payment so....

My banking app made a false payment so I payed twice for one package. I emailed Phil (company owner) and he got straight back to me offering me a full refund or a partial refund and double the product amount and a big discount. I took the double amount and the partial refund. Got package one waiting on package two as we speak. Can't say anything but a positive experience

Obsessed with my order !

I ordered the booty bands, ankle straps and the black gym bag. The booty bands are excellent quality, i ordered the animal print bands and the design was very unique and again the print was good quality. The ankle straps are brilliant, I’ve tried multiple brands but savages are the Comfiest and strongest material. All and all i am very pleased with my order and i am actually purchasing the magnetic phone holder and bare-bell pads today

Item never recieved, posted to wrong address and not replying to emails

Order placed on the 26th July. Paid extra for special delivery only to be shipped 6 days later. Laughable service and customer service. Stay well clear and keep your money

Ultra-lean

Slight delay in receiving my order but contacted Phil via WhatsApp & was updated every day until item received. Ive Had great energy in the gym from the Slu-pp-332- ultra lean working very well. Thanks Phil hopefully my next order will be a bit smoother but happy in the end.

Never in doubt. Top class customer service.

Excellent business. I see allot of recent reviews here giving a bad name. I had a slight delay with my product but the customer service direct from Phil has been top class. He even called me me update me on everything, sent a complimentary item as an apology. I’ve used on multiple occassions and I think people often need to remember business’ are run by humans, things in life happen. I have my product and more. I have complete faith in savage supplements and their products. Item ordered 30th June, delivered 15th July and updated every step of the way.

Bad experience

Yep, this is totally a samer.
[Order #8917] (April 17, 2025)

Mine order was done on April 17, and receive wrong items.
I placed an order via the website on April 17. The seller provided a tracking number (RN690531726GB) by May 13rd. I received it on May 21st, and found that items were not corrected as I ordered.

They promised to resend the correect carnitine-750, and kept the wrong carnitine-500 for free. However, till today (July 15th) I receive nothing and request for refund without any response.
Very unsatisfied with thier serivce.

Months of waiting and apparently I’ve been scammed

After company claiming they received my shipment back and that they reshipped it to me again I have yet to receive anything. The only communication I’ve received is a reply to a review on here. Wtf?!? That’s NOT customer service guys. Not a tracking number, not an email reply, most importantly I’ve not received my order or a refund. A complete scam if you ask me!

Complete scam

Complete scam. Asked them fist 5 times if they could give me an update on my order/tracking number and they just said they would do it the next day every time. Then I wrote a bad review here and they told me they would send a reshippment with 50$ extra of product if I took the post down, and after that they have ignored my last 8 mails asking for a tracking number, do yourself a favor and dont fall for this scam, look elsewhere.
