Absolute thieves. Sign you up to a subscription that you know nothing about. Then, just take money from your account whenever they feel like it. They have taken almost £150 in 10 days!! They don't answer emails anymore. Fecking thieving b@stards

They are scammers you order and they take Money out every day and it goes upall the time don’t buy anything from the scammers my bank on to them

Total scam keep away the order I had for 31 pounds arrived a month it took then noticed 2 payments a week apart 7th then 14 th asked on the 7th to stop bullshit email back probably a robot charged 181 pounds on a subscription I never agreed to steer well clear had to phone my bank who are now dealing with this

Placed one order for £19.99 and they have since taken £269 from my account. I called the bank and they have received around 20 calls this week about the same thing. Please do not order any from these con artists..

Disgusting!!! Honestly reporting this company and thieves! Should be reported to every bank and registration platform to be blocked as scammers. I do not lever reviews but I wish I read reviews on them. They do not have a cancel option, take your money and call it a system glitch, after multiple emails of how they can’t return, can’t refund, can’t can’t can’t!! More money is taken out your account. Never been so angry and disappointed in a brand. Absolute scammers!

Shame you can’t give zero stars. Same experience as most people, I didn’t subscribe but they automatically added me and despite several emails they still keep trying to take money, luckily my bank has declined them, the customer service is terrible. Stay well clear of these scammers!!!!

SCAM they keep charging me! Three times this month after assuring me my subscription was canceled. No phone, emails bounce back and website down.

This company needs to be shut down. I ordered ONE time did not choose auto ship. They have billed my card $114 every five days I email them to say stop the shipments, they respond back with OK but it may take a while to stop shipments but youre in the do not ship and then you get another shipment email 4 or 5 days later saying your new shipment is being processed. You email them back. Look you f****** idiots stop shipping me product and then they email you with another email saying your shipment is on the way and sending more product. It’s crazy. It’s like every time you email them no matter what you say in the email they send product and charge your card.RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I e had to dispute the charges 4 times since!!! Notice the dates it’s been a little over a month!!!😡🤬

My experience has been the same as everyone else!
I emailed to cancel- took the 30 day pause instead with confirmation my account would not be charged. 2 days later my account was charged $195.45.
Sent email to cancel completely- no response and 4 days later charged my account another $195.45.
Another email sent with no response.
Cancelled my card and started a case to get my money back.
Worst service ever!

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They are liars, dishonest, a scam and theft. I placed an order to try their gummies, first BIG MISTAKE I made even giving them my time to place an order. It came and I got recharged a couple weeks later for another order that I did not place. I contacted them and said I didn’t place another order and she said I signed up to have them sent every few weeks. First I did not, I did a one time order. Second all she offered was a 30% refund instead of a full refund on an order I didn’t place. I said to cancel my account and she confirmed it was cancelled and no further charges would happen. And then it happened a THIRD time. Another order was sent and my card was charged. I contacted them and after a week of waiting for a reply all she offered was a 30% refund again and said sorry there was a “glitch in the system” so my account never got cancelled. That’s a straight off lie, they just want to take my money. I demanded a FULL refund and to never charge me ever again. Had to contact American Express to block any future charges from them. They are such a bullshit company and I’ve never worked with more ridiculous people. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. REPORT AS SCAM. MONEY STEALING COMPANY. And the staff member I’ve worked with is Kayla and she hasn’t helped whatsoever.

I wish I had read this page before I ordered from this company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've contacted them by email 8 times to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Every time I sent the email it was unable to deliver. After finding them on google, I sent another email after trying to contact the phone number which was not hooked up. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. THEIVES!

I ordered some of their gummies on a buy 3 and get 50% off deal. I paid £33.95 for 3 packs of gummies and a month later was charged £77.87 because I had apparently subscribed to a monthly refill. Absolutely no where does it say about the monthly refill and I absolutely did not agree to that. I chased them for days and eventually was offered a 70% refund. I agreed because I was over it. I was assured my subscription was cancelled and I will not get charged ever again. They have since tried to take £77.87 twice and it got declined because I don’t have enough money. They have then lowered it to £63.10 and tried to take that 3 times. I can only assume they have lowered the price until they get to how much is in my account. I have emailed them 5 times and got no reply, and now my emails aren’t even going through. I have had to call my bank to block them.

Absolute con. Auto subscription without consent. Had to block my card to stop constant orders even after cancellation email sent to the company. FRAUD!

need to stop trying to take money every week out my account.every time different amount from£27 to £91,yesterday was £74. its totally crazy!! i have emptied my account and reported to the bank so you will not get any money and iv not ordered or recieved any goods

Shocking service! Signed up accidentally for a subscription! Have been charged twice in 1 week after telling them to cancel! Absolute rip off!
Have got to report bank card lost to make sure its actually ended! A holiday would be cheaper!

Zero stars, please don't waste your money or time. Be prepared to get charge after charge after charge once they get your information. Be prepared to call your bank and close your bank card. Deceptive company, scam, fraudulent. Also when you reach out to them if you hear back from them they just feed you lies.
