I am just giving them 4 stars. I only got 9 points for completing a survey that long.

Do not use or trust this company. They will let you take the whole survey and at the point it has finished they say you've been disqualified. Stealing from people is low. Any company that uses these conmen is either lured in by cheap promises or has no moral backbone either.

Completed a 15 minute survey with no reward or voucher as promised - called help desk 3 times to no avail and now wondering if they illegally obtain data by misleading the public.

Well you learn something everyday. Not sure who owns who, Crowdology own them or as I suspect, Savanta own Crowdology who are just a platform for Savanta. I have left reviews on Trustpilot regarding the difficulties in getting paid. Looking at the reviews about Savanta it seems many are experiencing the same problems. I claimed a PayPal voucher which has not been paid, had a very short terse reply from ‘Caroline’ who now appears to have been promoted to executive something or other, wanting to know the ticket number, I think you only get a ticket number for surveys, not claims for payment. Anyway I said to her, Crowdology/Savanta obviously need the money more than I do and to forget it. I also said not to send further survey invitations. Despite completing surveys for them for a few years, her only response was, ‘I’ll have your name removed’

I wish I could give a zero rating! This site is a scam. They never redirect you back to the survey aggregate you started from, and they're notorious for disqualifying you after they've gotten the answers, they need from you. They are NOT inclusive or diverse, and by this I don't mean a purple-haired, woke twitter junkie, I mean age, skin color, and sex. They are dishonest, and eventually, they will wane and disappear.

I have got screened out after 98% complete and says didn't qualify and got 2 pennies for 1 hr work NOT WORTH IT WASTE OF TIME
