21/12/2024 - After posting my original review, the company got in touch with me to apologise and explained that the person I had been emailing was on annual leave. That explains why they were not replying back. However, an out of office would have prevented this misunderstanding in the first place.

It took a few calls with the company representative to explain what had happened and how they can make things right, with quite a bit of back and forth. In the end, they sent me a larger pack of the missing item as way to remedy things.

This interaction has made things right for me and I would be now be satisfied to order from them again.

Just been to store and was served by a very friendly jolly and most importantly polite lady by the name of MAHEBIN.
Fantastic service by sister and of course not to forget our very friendly staff at the meat counter.

Saveco is very nice supermarket fresh fruits and vegetables our monthly shopping at saveco we been with saveco abouts 6years we was living in Spain we been others places as well but we like to come in saveco excellent customers service from Asma And Rukhsana.

I was served by Miss Samina at checkout and she was very helpful and asked her fellow colleague to help me with my Packing shopping and I think she's a wonderful young lady and kind individual 😊 ❤️.

Great products, best quality meat and an excellent customer service. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Sister Asma went out of way to help us when we were looking for a clay pot. Since the pot was out of stock, she placed an order, contacted us promptly when the pots became available and even reserved one for us to make sure we don’t miss out as they run out quickly.

Me and my family regularly visit Save and Co. for our grocery shopping. It is because of the highly commendable professionals like Shabnam who work here. She not only treats us with respect but also guide regarding our shopping.
Also, the grocery is of high quality and cheaper prices as compared to other stores.

I have been doing shopping at saveco for a long time now its a great supermarket, they have everything under 1 roof from fruits and veg to meats and frozen items.
The girls at the till are great especially mah jabeen and shabnum we always have a little chat while bagging my shopping they're friendly, bubbly and helpful, always have a smile on they're faces great customer skills genuinely lovely girls.

Always very helpful and everything you need. Asma has been serving my mum and dad for over 30 years and always takes the time to say hi. Highly recommended
