Received box.Set everything up correctly.Nothing happened .Tried again,and again Etc ,Nothing! Rang up was told to disconnect try again.Explained I had.Told I will have to wait a week for someone to come round.Said I need a new Box.Was told if I need one they will send me one.Said why can't they have a new box on van.Absolutley disgusted with product and service.

The woman on the phone was brilliant
The woman on the phone was brilliant. Unfortunately after the date to go live was given, I had not received my box. Open reach had not been in touch and when I did ring up about my broadband package. Some where along the line it had been cancled. Alot of stress trying to sort it out having to speak to 11 different people in total. Now I have no Internet and have to wait further for a box, open reach to get in touch and waiting on a date for it to go live.
