David was very pleasant and resolved my issues.

Peter was very friendly and helpful. I explained which services I would like and he said he would actually cancel my present provider and gave me a date for the transfer. It's so lovely to talk to a person and not have online chat. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

The women was on the phone lied to me.she said £28 monthly land-line and broadband with free installation. but they charged me £45 including £19.99 for installation

My experience changing my broadband to talk talk was fantastic the guy i spoke to was so helpful and easy to understand which is a great bonus for me he made sure i understood everythi g that was happening i can not rate him enough he was the best

Received box.Set everything up correctly.Nothing happened .Tried again,and again Etc ,Nothing! Rang up was told to disconnect try again.Explained I had.Told I will have to wait a week for someone to come round.Said I need a new Box.Was told if I need one they will send me one.Said why can't they have a new box on van.Absolutley disgusted with product and service.

William was extremely helpful in talking me through some of the technical data. Made the process easier for me to understand and helped with any areas I was not sure about.

Excellent service delivered in a down to earth way.

The woman on the phone was brilliant. Unfortunately after the date to go live was given, I had not received my box. Open reach had not been in touch and when I did ring up about my broadband package. Some where along the line it had been cancled. Alot of stress trying to sort it out having to speak to 11 different people in total. Now I have no Internet and have to wait further for a box, open reach to get in touch and waiting on a date for it to go live.

The lass I talked with spoke very clearly, checked my details, and answered all my questions explaining points I wasn't sure about. Also it was a quick service - the call-back came promptly and the call-length was very acceptable. Thank you!

Only 3 stars given as not set up yet. Reading reviews I am concerned that information & detail on package may not be fulfilled… let’s see. If not I’ll be cancelling. Hope Paul was true to his word but I guess the actual service is out of his control
