Per title, wondered if they were a scam at first, but trustpilot suggested otherwise and proceeded with my order. Sure enough, the wisdom of the crowd was right - I got my order in the time I expected (actually earlier as the shop app added an extra week but the saveoncell website had correct expectations). It was exactly what I wanted and I am happy.

From the outset, it was evident that customer satisfaction is a priority for your store. The staff members were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Their friendly approach and willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers like me truly made a difference in my shopping experience.

Immediate and helpful communication, offered a resolution when a product was delayed in shipment which was not only satisfactory but above and beyond!! Their customer service agents are very professional and courteous. Really a great Canadian based company!

Transaction was cancelled because the item was out of stock, but I should not have been able to add the item to my cart from the beginning.

Pls improve your site and your inventory process.

SaveOnCells offered me to sell me the product at the reduced price once they have it back in stock.

I placed an order for Garmin watch through this website, paid by a credit card and received a cancellation email. After reaching the customer service by calling the phone number posted on the website, the representative took my order number and promised to call me back.
In the early morning of the day later, I received SMS from agent name Sarah, the phone number is from US and different with the one listed on website (but I confirmed she has the same voice with whom I spoke with the day before). She apologized for cancellation due to out of stock and offered to help placing new order via telephone. I carefully offered to call her back via the official number on the website but unfortunately, when I called the machine said "out of business hours". I left message for Sarah asking she call me back using SaveOnCells phone number, not her own US number.
Then I received the call from SaveonCells, and the fraud starts.
First, she asked for my credit card information to place an order for me. After getting all information she needs, she told me that she was not able to place it because the system does not accept the discount code she want to give me.
She offered the different payment methods, such as:
1. transfer money directly from my bank to her boss bank account which I refused
2. She asked me for a security code sent via WorldRemit, putting effort of transfer money to her boss account using my Credit Card. (Luckily for me, my CIBC may find many suspesious transactions and blocked the card).
3. She told me that her boss can request Payment via PayPal for my accepting. I asked for the invoice for confirmation, and "her boss" sent me an invoice totally different with the original invoice format which was cancelled, and the most important is that invoice was sent from a NOT business domain email.
So, after taking 3 hours (from 7:30am to 10:30am) dealing with Customer Service, and what they are focusing is taking credit card info and getting money transfer out, I told them that this fraud will be report and I denied to providing further information.
I have all evidences for the whole story and communications in case SaveOnCells saying that I am not the real customer.

Save On Cells has a great variety of electronics. I was looking for a new smartphone and found a Mi Note 10 Pro with a great price. Not to mention the excellent service. Definitely recommended to everyone!
