All-in-all I had an excellent experience with SaveOnIt. I needed a copy of an earlier version of Word to run on older PC. I was a little nervous buying from these guys as I had never hard of them and didn't know if they were legit. But they were the only ones offering it for a reasonable price so I took the plunge. The download was easy, but I hit a snag during the install process, which I was doing late at night on a Saturday. I reached out to their support team via email and was surprised how quickly they responded with a simple fix that made it work. They offer phone and chat support as well, that I'm happy I didn't have to take advantage of.

Anne was extremely helpful - messaged the live chat at 1 am about a product key, and she responded quickly and immediately had it sent to my email. Thanks Anne!

I had a Mac that I needed to install Office on but couldn't due to its age and OS, until I found SaveOnIT. Microsoft told me that although my Mac was not compatible with current Office 365 I could buy a license and recommended a 2016 license. I contacted SaveOnIT after doing some research (and almost buying something via Amazon) and was 1st in touch via chat with "JD" who patiently walked me through the process from purchase to download and activation (through a series of helpful chats). Then I needed to get back in touch via chat and got a nice person "Daniel" who provided more information/clarification about my transaction.

The product I bought works well and the customer service was very good and much appreciated.

If I have need of future goods/services like this I won't hesitate to return and I will be recommending this site to friends and family as well.

Had to reset my laptop and thought I had lost my MS Office software from 2019. Chatted with Anne @ Saveonit.com and within minutes she had me linked to a download page that worked wonderful at getting me back up and running. I love it when a plan comes together! LoL

This was a very easy to use website and Ray was amazing at helping me troubleshoot any issue I had in a timely manner. When we couldn't resolve my activation issue readily via email Ray was able to connect to my computer directly and solve the problem 1,2,3.
