While shopping at Savers Slough, my bag got stuck on the basket and the work assistant stopped while helping another customer to help me which was really nice of her. Overall really friendly and happy staff, which now days is very rare to see.

Just been to the Morley branch of…
Just been to the Morley branch of savers, and ask for some advice on men's aftershave. The lady at the counter Lisa who has really bright coloured hair was lovely and really helpful. She asked what aftershave I normally buy then chose a few that she thought I might like. I picked some Ted Baker which I've never used before and was highly delighted with it. Thanks to Lisa. And my partner loves my new aftershave as well.

Management failure
On this occasion there was unfortunately a long wait at the tills, through absolutely no fault of the sales assistant, she called many times for assistance from a manager to void an item. The queue built up considerably and when a manager did finally appear (male who I have later found out is named Steven) he was very rude to the staff member. Muttering about how he was busy trying to do training and shoving things out of the way in an aggressive manner. Zero apologies to the staff member for causing her stress in this situation or apologising for the considerable wait for customers. The sales assistant in this situation didn’t react to her treatment and she is an absolute credit to savers. I am a regular customer and sincerely hope this isn’t how staff members are treated by management on a regular basis.
My visit was either the 5th or 6th of may if this helps to deal with this matter.
