We thought that a local broker would provide the best outcome for us to remortgage our property, borrowing less than 20% of the property value, unfortunately this was not the case. It took weeks and Saving-you was unable to arrange the mortgage. We had to constantly ring for updates and never got any clear answers. We approached a national broker who obtained the mortgage approval using the same lender that Saving-you said had declined us and on the same terms.

I met with Steve & Emily to try and help resolve a difficult mortgage situation that i had. They applied their knowledge and expertise giving me a realistic view of what was acheivable.

I had previously shopped around with other companies who, after hearing my proposal, turned me away. Steve and the team gave me hope and helped find me a suitable mortgage.

At the beginning must say that I was sceptical going to see a mortgage advisor after in the past I've been discouraged by sales pushing tactics at one of the companies.

Went to see Steve at Saving You back in June 2022 roughly about 6 months before my fixed mortgage rate was due to an end, while seeing what is happening on the financial market and in fear that mortgage interests can go up i was in a bit of a panic mode especially due to the fact that my current(at the time) mortgage rate was up for renewal in December.

It has been the best thing i did!

Steve almost instantaneously has found me a very good deal and the team has secured it for me the same day.

How lucky I was because on the following day the rates went up by 0.5% and were growing since.

Emily has been in constant contact regarding required documents and all other stuff, always ready to answer any questions.

Now we're in December and 3 days ago my remortgage is now complete, not only with very good rate (which is less than a half percentage of what you can get today),but with some extra money coming my way.

Dont provide clear advise and when things go wrong they just say "they just want someone to point thr figure at to blame" make sure everything is clear with them. I would avoid.

Against all odds we have been astounded by the hard work and efficiency of the good people down the hill at Saving-You.com - The Mortgage Experts. During a global pandemic with the hospitality industry in the worst state it has ever(?) been in Steve, Emily and Jamie have worked very hard (and with constant pestering(sorry)) and secured us a mortgage on our first little house!
