Shocking

Shocking
I applied for £1,000 loan. Got a call saying they could give me only £800. They then wanted me to allow them access to my on line banking account. That I was not gonna allow. After the call these people sent me a text message saying my loan had been declined by them. Cheeky civilians.It was me who turned them down. I told them on the phone to forget the loan as I was not going to give them free access to my on line banking. It was me who turned you people down and not the other way round. Get your story straight.

Started great ended sour.

It started amazing and ended extremely sour.
They cannot help you with missing funds until 2hours have passed at which point I had to wait on hold for a further 30mins and was then informed their payment systame was down today and the payment should be in my account in 1 hour. There was no updates of any kind on any forums or their personal website.

Don't ever use Savvy as the prey on the vulnerable

Don't ever use Savvy. I took out a loan in March 2025 for £300 and repaid it back in September 2025. I then reapplied for another loan straight away and got approved for £600. I finished paying this loan in May 2026 then after reapplying again I was declined. The company are a complete disgrace and farcicle and should not be allowed to sell loans to customers. They obviously dont credit check otherwise why were the 1st and 2nd loans I took out approved. The company are shambolic and cannot see how they are regulated under the financial conduct authority as they miss sell loans to people in a vulnerable state. I put through an unaffordability complaint and they have 8 weeks to respond or will take this to the Financial Ombudsman. Time for Savvy to put things right as you have put me in financial turmoil lending to me.
