I've just bought some saw blades that we haven't ordered for 5 years and Nathan was very helpful in finding which numbers related to the application we needed. After trawling through a competitors website to save £3 a blade and achieving nothing - a five minute phone call later it was all sorted. Thank you again Nathan.
