Blames customers for issues every time.

Second time I have had an issue with their products and contacted customer service. Their tone both times is the issue is your fault, not ours, so no, we will not help you. No one and no company is perfect but their customer service doesn't care about any issues with their products. I ended up with a bunch of tick bites after using their Permethrin spray. I've used their Permethrin for years with no issues so I told them about this bottle. Their response was basically "it's your fault you didn't shake it" without asking any questions. I offered to send them the bottle in question and they didn't care about any issues, just blame the customer.
