If I could give 6 stars I would. I ordered a Reed online on Thursday night, phoned to add an item and they both arrived here in France on Tuesday. Extremely efficient service. No question about customs duty, vat etc. All dealt with without any fuss.

I order an Aerophone PRO AE30. Sax.co.uk, was the only supplier in the UK who had them in stock. Their price was amazing, I spoke to them over the phone and they were exceedingly polite and helpful. I ordered online as it made the process quicker and the Aerophone was delivered before lunch the following day. It just doesn't get much better than this. 5/5

It's the second time I try but I can't buy a sax mouthpiece. When ordering The website does not specify if it is in stock and how long it takes to get it...so it's not clear if you just ordered or really bought the mouthpiece.
This happened with my last experience: after 10 days of placing the order ( and paid )they informed me that the tip opening of the mouthpiece I had chosen was never available from the maker. availability and delivery times should be made explicit at the time of purchase....Really unprofessional!

Concerning the specific ‘piece – I’m afraid that with these small scale, boutique manufacturers, supply and communication can occasionally be quite erratic. This design is new and - at the time of setting them up on the website we did not have full information on the exact tip sizes available.
