Be very careful about their return policy.
Bought the wrong cable and returned to store within their 7 day policy only to have their policy underlined on the receipt in front of me and despite the box being in EXACTLY the same excellent condition I took it with including their price tag on it was told I had to pay their 30% restocking charge on a 209$ item. I never return to this store and my family has purchased here for years. I believe an exception could’ve been made but there is no tolerance at all. Make sure you know exactly what you’re buying. Having said that there are so many stores with the same product so I won’t be risking it again.

Great place for electronic enthusiasts, and the electrical inclined like me. I've been going there multiple times a year since 2012, spending a good hour on a Saturday looking for parts and chatting with staff. (My shopping lists were relatively big, I one time came out with a recipt that was around 4 feet long!)
The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Parm. At first, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable at explaining stuff to me, and now I can have a good chat with him every time I see him. One time I was unemployed for some time, and I was applying to places, I told Parm my situation, and he gave me advice on what to say on an interview. He explained how I should act and what to do, and thanks to him, I got the job. I owe him one!

Sayal is the best electronics vendor in this area of Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville and surrounding towns. It has a wide variety of products but its biggest asset is the people who work there. People like Parm and Krishna are the heart of this business, and without their help, knowledge and great customer service, I would be lost shopping at Sayal. Krishna is always willing to assist and direct me to the appropriate aisles. Parm seems to know everything about electronics and has helped me troubleshoot issues and then provide me with the products I need to fix them.
I highly recommend Sayal to all DIY'ers and others looking for assistance with their projects. Kudos to Parm and Krishna and all the employees. Thank you.

This place has been my goto electronics supplier for almost 20 years. They always have what I'm looking for and always have the expertise on the floor to answer any questions.
In my work as a computer IT support person, I need cabling supplies, server rack modules, monitor arms, cable management and UPS batteries all the time. I've never been disappointed, and have always got what I need at Sayal, at a very good price!
