The prices were showing as more expensive on the website than on the Instagram store when shopping from North Macedonia but had no problem in Germany. Also you started selling animal products for some reason.
The shoes themselves are great, I've ordered two pairs.
Can’t support a company that is now supporting animal cruelty.

Amazing customer service
They’ve gone the extra mile. I’ll purchase again from them

Great design and customer service, but poor manufacturing quality and low durability.
Edit: Here is my reply to Saye response:
Dear Saye, below you can find our final email exchange regarding this matter, for you to rembember:

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that your recent experience with the M89 did not meet your expectations.
We always strive for the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, and we regret that this was not reflected in your pair. While our production process involves a great deal of manual work, this should never compromise the finish or overall experience for our customers. We take your comments seriously, and we’ll make sure to share them with our production team so we can continue improving.
We also want to thank you for having given SAYE another chance despite your previous issue. We fully respect your decision if you feel that SAYE is not the right brand for you, but we truly appreciate the support you’ve shown us so far.
Wishing you the very best, and thank you again for your honesty — it helps us grow and do better.

Hello,
Thank you for your message and sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.
I appreciated your offering of a new pair for replacing the defective one. Since then I ordered a new pair using the promo code. I ordered a pair of “modelo ‘89” since I didn't want to risk the same issue I had with my first pair, and therefore I had to pay extra, but that is OK.
However: I just received my “modelo ‘89” and unfortunately, I decided that I am now done with Saye: the build quality is really not in par with my expectations and I won’t buy again.
When I unboxed by new shoes I immediately noticed that the outer sole (on both shoes!) is glued about 2mm off-center. It is different on both shoes (not shifted on the same direction relatively to the shoes symmetry) so definitively it is not on purpose or for style or whatever. It is just badly made and obviously not carefully checked (or accepted as is, which is worse). Please have a look at the pictured attached: this is ridiculous. You may say it is because it’s hand-made or whatever, but nope: glueing soles with such a misalignment is just neglected manufacturing and indicates no attention is made to the details. This is coherent with the default I had on my first pair and it’s the first time I see this.
So well, you may thing that I am too picky, but in this case this would confirm that Saye is not for me. I respect what you claim you do like planting trees and stuff, but I’ll rather give money directly to people doing only this instead of buying poor quality shoes. I like your shoe design, but I will turn to other sustainable European brands next time I need shoes.

Good at first. Then really soon the shoe last get worse and worse and it become a non quality show any more

Shoes are great but only go up to like a spike 11uk. I measured and entered my foot size init that feature on their website and it recommended I go with the biggest size, provided in the European number. So I went with it but shoes were way too small. They should have just let me know they don't do shoes in my size (11.5) rather thank make me order 11s which run small btw
Then I spent weeks trying to return the item but none of the labels they sent me worked. I eventually ran out of energy emailing them and bringing them to the post office to return only to be turned away every time. So I have a lovely pair of 11s in my house that I guess I'll have to gift sometime and am £120 out of pocket

The pictures on the website do not reflect the real products as they are massively photoshopped. The customer service is very inefficient. On top I only received my refund two months after they received my product back and only because I asked for some explanations on why I had not gotten my money back yet.

Easy process to order on the website, great products and appropriate prices for them.

Laces were too short, had to buy other ones. shoes look nice and are comfortable

Even though I appreciate the sustainable approach, shoes that have the inner heel worn out after just two weeks are not sustainable in my opinion!
Auch wenn ich den nachhaltigen Ansatz mag... Schuhe, bei denen nach zwei Wochen bereits die Innenferse abgescheuert ist, sind meiner Ansicht nach nicht nachhaltig!

My complaint was not taken seriously at all. It's unacceptable that the shoes already look so worn after less than three months, even though they've been worn very little and cared for properly (no cleaning, no products, etc.). I would definitely not recommend this brand to anyone, because this has nothing to do with sustainability in my perception.

I bought a pair of M89 Icon shoes and I love the look of them. Unfortunately, after only a couple of months or normal use, they began to break around the ankle supports. The quality is definitely not what I expect for relatively expensive shoes. Very disappointing!
Great work, great quality, great brand.
Keep up the good work !
Thanks ! :)

Fast delivery and excellent customer service (I forgot to add the welcome voucher code, but they refunded me).
