I must say one of the worse pie things I have eaten or didn’t in this case food was horrible cold and undercooked would not recommend, have asked environmental health to give the site a call into

Sayers Lawrence road Liverpool absolutely disgusting no customer services at all poor handle food no customer care at all tochs all over no gloves then serve customers... disgusting.

Recently had a bacon bap from Timperley branch, Poor quality, thinly cut bacon, pre cooked I guess the night before and cold when eating moments after. I paid for extra bacon but it was so thin and it didn’t make a difference. No offer of a refund or replacement. Just a sad sorry. Never again. Avoid this place

Like the Bavarian slices until recently they have suddenly turned into vanilla slices lumpy custard def not the same price gone up and quality down won’t be buying again nothing like a Bavarian slice anymore

Well...i gave sayers customer service the opportunity to respond to feedback i gave them regarding their products, guess they didn't like the structured comments !

So not for tge first time i purchased couple of items...a sausage roll, bland and flavorless, 1 bite and bin
Also egg sandwich onbroqn with 2 days in date...when i say eggi say that in the loosest term. I dont think ive ever tastedanythingas bland, oh yes, the sausage roll.
Dry bread, no butter,very little mayo and no seasoning at all. I might as well knocked up some wallpaper paste and spread that onto the bread, guaranteed more flavour and moisture bin also

Now normally I wouldnt be so petty but for £5 nearly and not able to return, id prefer not to thrown £5 down the drain...be scared be very scared wasting your money

Gerrard's are much nicer!

They have some shops called Pound Bakery and at their shop in Middleton Manchester, there was an elderly lady who was clearly struggling with dementia and couldn’t remember what she needed. As she was trying to remember a member of staff called Leanne, who clearly needs retraining was shouting come on hurry up, I haven’t got all day. It was a disgusting disrespectful way to treat a customer.

Is this not the old pie/deli company? How dare you! Where are my cheese and onion pasties!?

The Silver cufflinks arrived today, less than 48 hrs after ordering, and engraved perfectly.Excellent value, excellent service. I would definitely recommend.
