Brilliant service, ordered Friday afternoon delivered Saturday. Was bit cautious as it came very quick on the quality of the engraving but I didn’t need to be as the quality of the glass and the engraving were spot on. I ordered an engraved crystal Tankard at 4.30 pm. The finished article arrived 2 days later well packed in a presentation box. If I had ordered before 4.00 pm it would have arrived the next day! Carriage was included in the price which was very competitive.
