Great service that brings joy!
I purchased a Swirl Box and chose my own items for a friend who’s had a tough time. The parcel was dispatched quickly but my friend wasnt in to receive the package. So had a little hassle getting the package to him. Out of everyone’s control! However, Craig was there to answer my questions.
My friend messaged me to say he just received it and was really happy with it bringing a smile to his face. Although, I’ve not seen the gifts it’s gave my friend joy. So thank you! Will be purchasing again in the future 😊

Delivered late
I paid extra for express service (1-2 business days) but the gift arrived late after the persons birthday so that was a waste of money.
In response to the reply to this review. My name is not Ashley and I had paid extra to ensure it arrived on time. If someone pays for guaranteed delivery it should arrive in time. If you can’t control whether it turns up late don’t offer guaranteed delivery for an extra cost

In response to your updated review - Nowhere do we claim it is guaranteed delivery. We offer 1st class with a guidance of 1-2 business days and standard second class with a guidance of 2-5 working days (These are provided by the Royal Mail) This is stated clearly at multiple points of our website so apologies you have misunderstood here. Guaranteed is a much pricier service which we do not offer for reasons you mention.
Hi Ashley, sorry to hear you were not happy with the delivery times and it arrived late for the birthday. I have checked and it seems its was late by 1 day, we give our delivery timings as a guide and we do everything we can to meet them but once it leaves us we have to rely on the courier to uphold these as any online store would. My apologies again
