Looting the people money with different taxes and charges

Hello guys,
MY self SATISH... Recently 28/06/2025...i took a personal loan from payrupik application... Lender was sayyam investment private limited...
My loan amount was 24,000...tenure 2 months... Disbursement amount was 22659....today date was 08/07/2025...i check the application... There 2 emi was showing the amounts 14698,14492...It just 10 days completed... I contact the lender for loan issue and asked why are you impose, gst, tech fee, post service fee on Emi... You already taken all processing fee and sent a remaining amount to my bank account... They said you accept the agreement...in Agreement already mentioned all charges they said... Okay i accept it and ask them to cancel my loan I will repay 24000... They said we have time frame only for 4 days to cancel... But as per rbi we have the right to cancel the loan before 14 days..... They didn't agree with it...
Also I asked why was gst imposed on loan Emi... Rbi tells there is no gst on loan repayment... What is tech fee.. Also why was post service fee... It's my first emi.. I have time to repay it... Why did you add that... They simply say those are processing fee.. I ask you are take a processing fee around 1400...before disbursement of loan... Sir we have deducted 5% processing fee... My company processing fee was more than 5%...they simply charge extra 6000...with different fee....
In my opinion no one take loan from this nbfc... I request them to increase tenure of loan or remove the other charges.. I pay 12000+ interest as a monthly emi... They say we know what to do if you don't pay like that...
I already contacted support team through call... And dropped a mail to sayyam investment private limited...
