The email address bounces and my 14 Sept order was not fulfilled. I cancelled the payment on PayPal today.

UPDATE: My order slipped through the net (which happens) and the company said they will sort out the bouncing back of emails (outlook.com works; outlook.co.uk bounces back - even though that is the address their order emails are sent from).

I have raised stars from 1 to 4 as a consequence.

Malcolm and his team Craig have just re done our bathroom. We are extremely pleased with everything they are very professional and perfection is the word for their work. Can’t fault them we have no complaints everything is perfect. Would happily recommend them to anyone. Just busy saving for them to come and do our kitchen.

Excellent service from the initial visit through to fitting. Malcolm did a great job advising, suggesting designs and putting proposals and quotations together for our two en-suite bathrooms. During the fitting Craig was hard working, pleasant, tidy and we hardly knew he was in the house. All in all a great team.

He did an EXCELLENT job installing a new front entry door and a kitchen sink for us. He is gifted by God in the work of his hands. Awesome gentleman in every way! The quality of work is superior. Thank you again!!

Sanitare has done a fantastic job with our new bathroom, from helping us choose the right fittings, understanding our requirements, working to our budget, to the installation itself. Malcolm was endlessly patient and helpful and Craig the fitter has done a fantastic job, the quality of his work is excellent. We have an old house and the fit was not straight forward! We are delighted.

Bathroom installed to the same excellent professional standard as previous work. We have now had four bathrooms and one kitchen installed - in two different houses. All work has been done to the highest standard by James. Highly recommend Sanitaire.

Really pleased with our new bathroom, very professional right from the start, fab showroom with plenty of options, quote and designs were with us within a couple of days, then work carried out exactly when and as planned. Malcolm suggested swapping the bath we NEVER use for a big shower, and I’m SO glad we did it ! Minimal disruption during installation and finished exactly when they said it would be. We love the new bathroom, and it’s used so much more now that it suits the family better. Highly recommended, will definitely use again.
