I can not belive the Neck Wand actually works. I have tried everything (outside of surgery, as I did not want to) and finally I found this product. It took some time, maybe 3 to 4 months but then I noticed the difference and what I noticed was a gradual firming of the neck. Which has boosted my confidence - excited to see what the next few moths do, but so far so good!

I ordered the SBLA products and I have been out of town for a funeral. Once I returned, I tried the products they seemed to lift my face however, when I put my makeup on it, just pilled and it looked horrible. They will not give me a refund because I am out of the generous 15 days return window. DO. NOT. ORDER from this company. This company is a scam. I do not know how they have so many five star reviews.

Bought SBLA for my mother as a birthday gift and she absolutely loved it. Fast delivery, she said she coudl see real results... I know what she is getting for Christmas.

Easy to order. Regular discounts offered. Products work extremely well. Much less expensive and less invasive than Botox and fillers.

It really works! I have been using SBLA for almost 3 years now and have tried all of their lines. I haven't been disappointed yet with any of their products and I also use a subscription to get the best price. Their customer service mirrors their product line as well. You can't go wrong here with SBLA!

If there is one beauty product I will never give up it is the SBLA neck wand. In fact I use both the regular and night wand. Unfortunately some of the reviews on this site relate to an out of stock period. That has long been resolved and any time I have contacted customer service their response has been timely and VERY oriented to customer satisfaction.

Regarding the neck wands, I can’t say enough. For years I wore only turtlenecks. At 76 my neck looks much better than it did at 56. I have gifted and recommended this product to friends and everyone is sold. Also, I live in Canada and they ship to Canadian customers from within Canada so my orders are usually received in a week. If you have been considering any of their products I encourage you to give them a try.

Visible improvement on my neck!
The purple neck wand erased my "necklace" lines and firmed up the front of my neck noticeably! After applying you can feel a warming sensation. I used regularly in the evenings and one day I realized WOW, this thing is totally working.

Absolutely love my Eye Lift Wand and Neck Wand. It has drastically reduced my dark circles under my eyes and my neck and chest look so much better in the mirror.

They really REALLY don't want anyone to know how horrible their products are... make it impossible to leave negative reviews! Everything is just sticky gunk and those silver balls drop out so watch out if you have little ones

Made a purchase of the Liquid Facelift Wand which did not perform as stated. I requested a return, successfully returned the item but now weeks later I have still not received my refund. My emails are not being returned nor my call to the corporate office.

Each SBLA product I’ve used is making a huge difference. The eye lift wand is very effective at reducing bags and lifts like it says. The Neck and chin wand XL really does melt fat and reduce jowels. The neck wand really reduces neck lines and also helps the jaw and chin area. I highly recommend these products

Did I have a delivery issue? Yes. After several auto-deliveries, I had to wait months for the third shipment.
But, the eye lift wand works so well, I’m willing to put up with the few months I didn’t get my autoship BECAUSE I DID NOT NEED THE PRODUCT - MY EYES WERE FINE FOR FIVE MONTHS!! Started using it again and in a few days, no eye droop!

This company seems to be a scam at worst, poorly run, at best. I ordered about $300-worth of product in November 2024, and after an initial 'order confirmed' email sent to me a day later, I waited until April 2025 and still nothing had arrived. I honestly don't know why I put up with the charade for such a long time. Initially, I would receive an email response if I sent an inquiry about my order. However, the reply was always nothing more than a variation of 'we are sorry we are out of stock right now but will send your order as soon as possible.' Then the responses fully stopped coming at all. I finally filed a complaint with my credit card company and was able to receive my money back. I would stay away from this company.

I have been using this brand for two years and have been extremely happy with the results! I stopped using Botox after using the liquid facelift wand. My other favorite product is the neck, chin and jawline sculpting wand XL. It literally sculpts everything it says it does! I’m so glad they have found their footing now after undergoing a financial setback. I intend to keep ordering.

I love the neck wand!! It feels great gliding on, and my neck looks smooth and wrinkle-free! If I need an extra lift during the day, I reapply it. I’ve tried almost every neck product to help tighten my neck, but this is my favorite and the best. I never want to be without it!

I have been using sbla products for a few years now and absolutely love them! The neck and eye wands are my favorites as they work really well. Will continue to buy them.
