Got to be honest Laura was really helpful and understanding she took the time to listen and help me get to see my children I couldn't of asked for a better lawyer to stand by my side in court and she was really friendly because of her I would recommend spicketts to anyone who needs help so thank you laura .

I purchased my first home through this company and I have to say I would not recommend at all! Poor communication, added stress as the solicitor left and they did not reallocate quickly (4 weeks later), incorrect billing, what they estimated at the start was incorrect and final bill was over double +. Not supportive of first time buyers as they did not talk your through the process. Poor service and added stress which you don’t need. Ruined my experience of buying my first house!

The team at Spicketts Battrick Wales did a great job pushing through the legal process of our recent move to Cardiff, particularly Benjamin and Afraz. They were prompt in replying to emails, good at explaining procedures and issues, and efficient at all stages of the process.

Olivia and Zooiyal were both prompt and helpful at all times with our house sale. Couldn’t have asked for a better more efficient solicitor. Thank you so much!

I would never use this company again, communication was terrible and they have come back demanding additional payment over 10 months after completion, I was never told about additional fees and they ignored my emails for 6 months when questioning it to then come back and ignore my questions and just ask for money.

They made my house buying experience very easy and simple to understand and helped me every step of the way I would defintely recommend them to any one of my friends and family

Terrible service with zero communication. The only email I received was about payment, and when I replied with a question, I never got a response. Extremely frustrating experience.

A whole chain collapsed after 6 months because of your terrible service. You cost all parties involved thousands. This solicitor gets 'recommended' by estate agents because they pay commission for the recommendation. Avoid if you want your sale or purchase to actually go through!!

They keep getting their negative reviews removed by claiming it's breaching data protection when someone writes any personal information. So I won't name anyone.
This solicitor is a shambles. After 6 months of these guys doing literally nothing our chain collapsed today. They've cost all parties involved thousands of pounds each. They pay commission to estate agents which is why your estate agent will 'recommend' them. They take your money then just ignore all communication. Avoid like the plague

Terrible solicitors-avoid.
These solicitors were used by my buyers. They were very rude to my solicitor ( I have seen the emails). They did not return any calls when I tried to speak to them, I left several voice messages. They were slow to respond to my solicitor and created an insurance which was not required. They seam unable to execute a smooth, stress free house sale. My buyers said they wish they hadn’t instructed them.

Absolutely dreadful. Took 6 months, nearly lost my buyers and the property I was purchasing. Solicitor promised everything would be sorted by the Monday and then left the company the Friday before. Didn't even say someone else would be handling my case. Had trouble trying to get information . Have used this company a few times in the past 40 years for house sales. Something's gone dreadfully wrong. Would never use again .

This is the second time I have used the Cardiff branch of Spicketts Battrick law practice in the sale of a property. They came highly recommended and have not disappointed. Both times I have dealt with Elsa who is so responsive and efficient. Elsa, Muriel and Sharon make a fab, friendly team which I would definitely recommend.
