Ordered, paid, no product!
We ordered the GPS tracker (product name OnTrack) in April 2023. When we didn't receive a shipping confirmation after a few days, I emailed customer service. At this point, we had already paid the full amount. I have been CHASING customer service for almost a year - for the first few months, they blamed the delay in shipping on a supply chain issue. Because we had a positive experience with the company in the past, I decided to be patient. In October 2023, the customer service email address suddenly was "unable to receive mail". I went to the company's website, found their new email address, and immediately sent a message. I have not received a single response since then. I am SO disappointed and frustrated with this experience, and can only advise people to NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company!
