Ordered, paid, no product!

We ordered the GPS tracker (product name OnTrack) in April 2023. When we didn't receive a shipping confirmation after a few days, I emailed customer service. At this point, we had already paid the full amount. I have been CHASING customer service for almost a year - for the first few months, they blamed the delay in shipping on a supply chain issue. Because we had a positive experience with the company in the past, I decided to be patient. In October 2023, the customer service email address suddenly was "unable to receive mail". I went to the company's website, found their new email address, and immediately sent a message. I have not received a single response since then. I am SO disappointed and frustrated with this experience, and can only advise people to NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company!

Same story--Ordered, paid...no product

Same as all the others...However, I think this is not the correct site address. I think their address is sbl-cycling.com

I ordered the Farina front light on October 7, 2022. Communication was slow, but at least responsive until May 25, 2023. (I am Using this as the "date of my experience" as it is the last time I received any sort of contact from the SBL people... I guess that is when they changed the website name from "smartbikelights" to "SBLworldwide." It also seems to be when they abandoned their facebook presence as well).
All previous mails from them were courteous and always promised updates or shipping numbers "soon." But, as with every other person I see..."soon"--I do not think that word means what they think it means.
I have contacted the support page two or three times since hitting the 1 year mark of waiting...no replies.
This seems to be such a common occurance, I wonder if anyone would be interested in organizing a class-action lawsuit?
The worst part of this is that I love the cliq light--I went to the old SBL site to order replacement mounts for the taillight. There, I saw the Farina, and decided to give myself a birthday present...I really don't want to be upset. I just want the things I ordered. OR I want my money back. But first, I want them to at least reply to my messages.

Front light

I ordered the farina front light in march 2022. I am still waiting. Unlike some I do get email replies but they are very hit and miss. I keep getting promised that the item will be dispatched. Terrible company.

They stole my money, I am still waiting to receive my purchased products

I have made a purchase thru their website in Jan 2022. I am still waiting to receive the two products I purchased for my bike. The two products I have paid for are front and back lights. I have paid USD $100.00. I used to receive their email replies (when I inquired via email) that they will ship it soon. I am still waiting... Now I do not even get replies to my email inquiries. I am requesting to refund my money since they are unable to ship my purchased products.
