I ordered a briefcase from this company …

I ordered a briefcase from this company for a father's day present. Non delivery after one month, despite 4-5 day delivery window. Website a bit of a sham as order number not recognised when attempting to track the order. After initial email reply from customer service staff no followup. My husband was in the UK and followed up with consumer affairs as to action to take without a response. Eventually I got my money back through PayPal. Please don't order from this company!!

Still no refund

I ordered a bag as a Christmas present on 5th December. Two days later I received an email saying it was out of stock and offering an alternative colour with a 10% discount. I responded saying thank you but no please could I have a refund.
No refund materialised. On 15th December I received an email to say the bag I had ordered had come into stock and could be dispatched immediately. By this time I had purchased a bag from another company so responded straight away to say no I don't want it.
Since then despite emailing and a phone call during which I was told accounts would deal with it immediately I have had no refund.
It is now 6 weeks since they took payment for a bag never received and an order that was cancelled.
Would I recommend SBuckinghams. NO
I still await refund ... My account reads ...processing

Worst service ever

I ordered a backpack 5 weeks ago, hoping to get it by christmas. The shipping address was in Switzerland. After 2 weeks and christmas, I sent them 3 mails asking where the parcel is and whether I can change she shipping address. (By the way, their tracking system isn´t working either, firstly it doesn´t take your information and when you try the second time, the only information you get is that your order has been processed.)
Anyway, their chat they have on they´re website is useless, I sent them about 4 or 5 messages now but it seems like as they would never receive it. And I got ONE respond to my mail saying "we´ll send you your tracking number", which I already have and don´t need. After I replied to this mail, nothing again. Two weeks ago (3 weeks after ordering), I tried to call them and I couldn´t get through. "The person I´m trying to call is not avaiable." So I tried it one week later again and I could finally speak to a person. I said I want to change the shipping address as xmas is obviously over and I´m back in the UK and the guy apologised and promised that I´ll reveive the parcel in between 5-7 working days. Now, it´s been again more than 7 days, I tried to call them and the same problem is occuring. I can´t reach them and i have NO information. Neither a respond to my mail. It is very disappointing and the most unprofessional behaviour. Unacceptable.

A company that simply steals your money.

I have had a similar experience to one of the other reviewers. I wish I had read this review first.
I ordered a bag online a few weeks out from Christmas. When it did not arrive in the indicative time I contacted them to ask when I should expect the bag. I was informed that that item was out of stock and offered for me to select another bag at 10% off. I was annoyed because they had already debited my account for an item that they could not deliver. However, I did look through the rest of their range but there was no suitable alternative.
In the last 6 weeks I have sent 4 email requests asking for my money to be refunded. They have not responded at all to my last email which I sent a month ago.
I have kept all the electronic dialogue as proof of the poor ethics and customer service of this company.

Do not hand over any money

I purchased a brief case from the company nearly a month and a half ago. After the purchase I received no conformation of purchase, no bag and no refund despite the 'company' taking £160. I have had several emails from them promising a refund however I am still to see any money. I am truly disappointed and upset by this as it was a wedding gift for my husband. My next step is trading standards and reclaiming the monies through my card company. So more hassle. DO NOT HAND OVER A PENNY. They also tried to take down my review. If I could rate them zero stars I would. UPDATED: I just wanted to update my review as the company have now three months after taking my money completed a full refund.

Exemplary sales service from a company with exemplary products.

This time yesterday, the 22nd December I was faced with what I assumed would be an insurmountable problem. Having carefuly chosen a Christmas present for my wife, something she really wanted, the full or promises supplier let me down without warning with less than three days to go. Panic set in. In desperation I resorted to trawling the internet and there found S. Buckinghams, a company that had what appeared to be a far superior alternative to my original choice. But what chance was there of getting it before Christmas Day. I emailed their sales department and received a response by return from Sam. He said he would do his best to get the delivery to me before Christmas but frankly I felt there would be little chance of it arriving in time. Less than 24 hours later Fedex knocked on the door with the promised gift. Magnificent service.

The bag was perfect, beautifully packed and what was more important than anything else, arrived well before the Christmas deadline despite the latesness of my order. For exemplary service, prompt and positive answers to all questions thank you Sam, for an exquisite bag, thank you S. Buckinghams and for a speedy delivery, thank you Fedex.

Quality leather stuff at a great price!

I saw a friend with a really nice letter man type bag, and asked him where he got it. He told me sbuckinghams.com, and so I checked it out. They have a very nice collection of leather bags and cases to bring your style up by tenfold. I ended up going with a brown leather camera bag, and zi couldn't be happier with the quality. Great stuff; next I plan to get one of their iPad cases they carry.

Do not shop there if you don't want to loose your money

I received a shocking service from this company and they still owe me £25 after months of battling with them for my refund.

I ordered a bag on their website as a Christmas present.
After two weeks of no sign of any bag arriving nor email from Sbuckinghams about any problems with my ordered, I decided to call them to find out what's happening. It took me two full days to eventually get hold of anyone from their company!

I was informed that the bag I've chosen is out of stock and asked whether I want the same bag in different colour. As it was very close to Christmas by that time (3 weeks form my order date), I said I need to think about it first and will get back to them.

But what Sbuckinghams decided to do is to simply ship the other bag to me. Fair enough, they wanted to make a sale. But this is where my hell with them started.

When I informed that I do not want the bag in the different colour as I've already purchased an item somewhere else, they claimed that the bag in the post is now my liability and I have to return it to them. Which I did. However, they charge me £25 for returning it!

£25 for returning their stock that I did not order!

Over more, their support is extremely rude and unhelpful. It took me two weeks of calling them every day to even get my refund, only to find out that they deducted £25 from me!

My advice to you, If you don't want to loose your money, do not shop with them.

UPDATE: Sbuckinghams.com finally refunded all of my money after months of battling with them and only because my reviewed appeared on here.

Very pleased with the product

My order for a leather briefcase arrived via DHL the next day. The product quality looks really good, seems to me made from high quality leather. All good, will not hesitate to shop again.

never fulfilled the order and not responding to refund requests

I ordered a laptop bag on November 25, 2013. i received an email on Dec 2 that it was dispatched. I never received it and kept asking for a tracking number and received no response. I then canceled the orde and never heard back. I called up to request a refund. I was told it would be processed within 3 business days. No sign of refund. Avoid this company. They are a ripoff. Makes me wonder whether all the positive reviews are fakes.

Superb Wallets!

Tell you what; this store is a useful one if you are intending to select a gift for your boyfriend! I always knew that Hussey likes having beautiful wallets and I was looking for the most impressive wallets on different online stores. Luckily, I came across this one and found huge variety of wallets here. I did choose three of them and ordered immediately. Though it took considerably long to receive them, still the quality of the wallets compensated for the horrible delay. I am going to present him the gift tomorrow and I hope he’d like this. Thank you SBuckinghams for your superb choice of wallets!
