I am more than happy with the service I received with scs. Simon and Jakob from the Basildon dc, who delivered my sofa were super friendly and informative. The delivery was super quick and transaction easy.

Couple of friendly chaps delivered my sofas and couldn’t have asked for a better service. Completely stress free and they made sure I was happy before leaving. Thank you!

Lee and Mathew delivered my mother in laws sofa this morning. Rang to let me know what time they were estimated to arrive and arrived bang on time. Great guys. Very polite and efficient. Built the sofas put them where they needed to go and took all the rubbish with them. Brand new sofas look amazing. Wouldn’t know they had been here. Thankyou

Very happy with the delivery service of my gorgeous new suite from SCS. Colin S and Peter M from Livingston DC were polite and friendly and brought my suite safely up to my 2nd floor flat. Would highly recommend SCS in every way .

Walked into the store first thing this morning (after seeing a gorgeous Westwood suite two weeks ago) and we were met by Dave.
Dave instantly made us feel welcome as we showed him the sofa we were considering. He was very informative and told us all about the sofa and didn’t pressure us at all like some other sofa places do. Told us about the different colours available, maintenance of the sofa, where it’s made, delivery process etc.
Like to thank Craig also who spoke to us when we first walked in who made our little boy feel welcome by offering him a biscuit-made his morning!!
Very happy to wak away knowing we have purchased a top quality 2+3 seater with a reputable company.
Looking forward to it being delivered, can’t fault the service we received so won’t hesitate to recommend!

Visited store late on Sunday afternoon. Greeted by every member of staff on way round. My wife and I were given a coffee and my son a drink a lolly. Salesmen weren’t pushy at all but were on hand to answer all our queries and offered even more information. A very pleasant shop with great customer service given.

We visited SCS in Leeds Birstall 12/01/2019, we had a good look around the store, Shaun was the sales person there and he was brilliant, he helped us very much and went above and beyond, if he didn’t tell us about the stock upstairs we would not have found the perfect sofa, we spent all day looking around, it was very tiring, but thanks to Shaun we purchased in your store that day, we even bought him a caramel latte! Brilliant team everyone was friendly, would definitely purchase there again.

Gwynn and Scott were amazing, very friendly and made sure everything was ok before they left could not fault them! delivery was perfect. Distribution centre is Bridgend.

Claudia at Hedge End branch was helpful and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. We were very pleased with service and would recommend Claudia and SCA Hedge End again.
