I had a great experience working with these guys for about 2 months before landing my new gig. With most of the great jobs today requiring you to spend 10-15 minutes applying and answering the same questions over and over, I did not have any time for that if I wanted to spend my time networking for the roles.

It took some tweaking with my resume and figuring out how many resumes to have on hand based on how many job types I wanted to apply for. But I got into a great flow after a week or so and then it took 5 seconds or less per job.

This is a no brainer if you have the extra money and dont have the extra time to search for a new role.

Very useful service in automating low value-add tasks (e.g. fill in personal info and repeated application requirements, generating tailored cover letters,..) - does not remove entirely the hussle of job hunting (you still have to identify the jobs yourself, and stay on top of it quite closely) but it does provide a great deal of help! Can only recommend for the money - even more so as they also offer to refund the amount of applications not sent/used.

Cons: In my case, the CV tailoring add-on service has not been particularly useful, as you have to use their pre-defined CV service which didn't fit with my format and content.
