Fantastic talent on Scalebranding. Simple process. Great value.

I have worked with freelance designers numerous times in the past, and by far, my experience with Scalebranding has not been the best. I placed an order, and three weeks later, the promised files have still not been delivered. The designer was very responsive before the purchase, but after the payment, communication became difficult.

The lack of public feedback makes it impossible to know the reliability of the designer before ordering. To make matters worse, emails from the company are addressed to a random name that is not mine, and my initials on their website don’t match my account, which adds to the unprofessional experience.

I think it's a great idea overall, but they need to improve many things. Overall, I somewhat regret choosing this company.
