I watched the baseboard assembly video first to see how easy it is to construct. This provided me confidence that the product would meet my skills. Ordering from the website was easy. The products arrived on time and well packaged. Instruction provided were clear, and it took no time at all to assembly. Very pleased with the products. Will be ordering more items as my build my layout.

Purchased the KX 085-00 Polsue Stable model for our Grandson to build with me (family over from Australia on holiday). He decided it should be placed on the farm on the railway in the loft as a reminder of their holiday.
Model is really good, easy to assemble and looks good on the farm.

A decent enough product although much more dearer than when purchased previously. No discount offered for multiple items. Packaging and delivery was first class though but disappointed not to get a reply to a query before ordering.

I bought some of the N scale 'texture' papers.
They have no embossing at all but that's my fault for not reading further into the descriptions. My biggest issue is that some of the brickwork sheets are slightly glossy which is not much use. I now have to see if I can somehow treat them to make them matte.

Bought KX014-00 OO gauge beach huts kit. Found it fiddly and flimsy, not helped by very brief instructions. None of the 'finished' products were good enough to be used, sadly. I'm an inexperienced modeller but have not had the same issues with other kits.

My experience with SCALE MODEL SCENERY is first class, the choice is second to none. The detail on every item is unbelievable, whether it is backgrounds, wheelbarrows, ANYTHING..... its all superb. the staff are great as well, very helpful, if you have an issue, its rectified ASAP. They also keep you up to date with what's going on, be it with the business, or just painting and visiting shows etc. Also, they let you know details of any products that are about to appear on the horizon.
