Brilliant team to work with
I’ve been working with Trev and the team at ScaleSmiths on my Foot Works Podiatry website over the last number of months, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the progress we’ve made.
It’s still very much a work in progress, but we’ve achieved so much more in the last few months than I have with any of the other companies I’ve used in the past. Trev has been the main person I’ve worked with throughout, and he has really taken the time to understand my business, what I want to achieve and how I want Foot Works Podiatry to be represented online.
I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Rhys along the way, and it’s been great having the wider team there when needed.
What I’ve appreciated most is that things actually get done. There’s been lots of communication, ideas, changes and improvements, and I can genuinely see the difference in the website and our overall online presence.
There’s still more to do, but I’m really excited about where we’re heading. For the first time, I feel like I have a team who actually understand my business and are invested in helping me build something that works, rather than just creating a website and leaving it at that.
Trev has been fantastic to work with, and I’d have no hesitation recommending ScaleSmiths to other business owners.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review, Sarah.
It genuinely means a lot to both of us to hear this, especially knowing the experiences you’ve had with other companies in the past.
From the beginning, the goal with Foot Works Podiatry has been to properly understand the business, where you want to take it and then build around that, not simply deliver a website and disappear.
Trev has loved working closely with you on the project, and it’s been brilliant seeing how much progress has been made already. There’s still plenty we want to keep improving, but we’re really excited about where Foot Works is heading and what we can build together over the coming months.
Thank you for trusting ScaleSmiths with your business, and for recommending us. We really appreciate it.
