Received my baseboard cleaner today wasn't impressed looked completely different to picture won't recommend this to anyone very cheap for the money l paid for it

The products i bought are amazing - my friend wouldnt accept payment for a favour I did for her so win win here - Buy one for myself get one for my friend, she will be impressed Like most women we love and need these products which make our life easier.

Software received, downloaded and successfully installed. And it's Friday the 13th!!!!

I cannot say if they are legit because I ordered a product for Father’s Day and never got it! I did mistakenly but 1 wrong number in my address but it was my neighbors house and when I realized it I contacted their website and submitted a ticket to correct the address it said to allow 1-3 days for someone to respond and it took over a week then the delivery company said to contact them because it was returned to the company my neighbor said no delivery ever happened and when I finally heard from this company they blamed that I put the wrong address and told me they would charge me an additional $15 to resend the product, mind you they have no intention of giving me a refund for a product I never received. Horrible customer service did not respond for over a week and then blamed me and kept my money!

Beware of Scammers

I ordered galaxy watch from them on 4th June.. First was given tracking number. Product never arrived.. I checked with them, they said item was returned to them and they will organise it to be sent ASAP.. buy instead provided me with same tracking number.. I requested for cancelling the order and returning back the money but there is no response from them yet aftera eeek. I am going to take this further for sure. Can’t believe they messed me up on my 10th anniversary gift.. horrendous experience

Ordered a windchimes described as art glass, picture was beautiful. Paid $29.95 received 5 ping pong balls with crappy paint. They said I would have to return it to China to get a refund. Refund policy did not state this. Postage to china is over $20. I charged this back through my bank because they would not honor refund policy

Signed up for a cheap gift which never arrived. This scam company proceeded to take 2 payments of £24.99 from my account, saying I'd signed up with them and never cancelled my "trial". Absolute scam. Avoid!!!

Further to my previous review concerning Kastylee (CHINA) even the paltry 20% refund was never refunded, instead today after further emails they emailed a worthless credit note, even if it was genuine I would not waste anymore of my money with them as this company is dealing in fake goods. My advice if you order Prima focus adjustable glasses, do not order from China and especially KASTYLEE.

SCAM!! BEWARE . As other people on here have written. They where falsely signed up for an account they never signed up for i followed a link where i was suposed to be getting a bargain on cosmetics i was askd to enter my details to pay for the cosmetics but instead I was added to a trial period of 3 days which cost me £9.99 and then after those 3days automatically charged £24.99 and became a member. SCAM

This company is a complete SCAM. I have never made an account or placed an order with this company but for some reason they have taken £25 from my account, they state I signed up for discounts on tech from their online store which is complete false, they are refusing a refund and they say my account and bank card was entered manually. Check your banks and stay clear of this company!!!!!

Mocodealz.com is amazing they sent me the product I ordered, plus they gave me a amazing discount, it's completely legitimate and i had a great experience I definitely recommend them!

Scam site never used billed, Had to cancel CC.
Called the site they tried to get full cc info.

The company had not sent 3 items, which have been paid for. £57.16 We have asked for the money back 5 time and they keep say buy another item. Don’t buy from they are fraudulent.

Paid for 2 advent calendars and never received. Have reported the site as a scam. Absolutely disgusting site
