After having ordered a swim suit a…

After having ordered a swim suit a night at 9PM an evening - it was the next morning at 5.30AM on sale with 70%. Therefore, I tried contacting Scampi several times both by email and via Facebook (due to no phone number anywhere!) Since they had not charged my card yet I expected that my buy would be to the sales price. NO REPLY anywhere anytime. I suggested that I could return the buy and start over. However, I read that some other customers have had a lot of troubles with return (taxes and a lot of extra costs) - so I must admit I didn't actually had the energy for this. So my feedback here is that the customer service sucks! I would never again buy anything from this merchant.
