Deceptive and Unresponsive - A £700 Loss

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Scamsense. I was deeply deceived by their promises and ended up losing £700. Initially, their service seemed legitimate, but once they had my money, everything changed.
Despite numerous attempts to contact them through emails and messages, I received no replies. It was as if they vanished into thin air the moment I needed assistance. The lack of communication and accountability is appalling and unprofessional.
Their actions have left me feeling frustrated and betrayed. I strongly advise others to stay away from Scamsense. Don't fall victim to their deceitful practices like I did. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

Don't waste your time and money with these guys, they don't do anything, just promises and lie.
In 6 weeks they haven’t sent a single letter, they’re simply lying to anyone, and they’re not giving any money back.Be careful with these people, they are scammers.

Reply from SCAMSENSE

Dear MR OLEG PASHKOV, E16 2ST,

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, though we do not appreciate its defamatory nature.

We have investigated your review on the basis of the information provided to us when we requested your information via Trustpilot. By providing us with your information, I was able to locate your case to further investigate.

Upon investigation, I note that you had requested evidence to prove that your case had been sent off to Santander UK PLC, of which was provided in the format of screenshots and this is our usual process for every such case.

I can see that you were dissatisfied with the proof provided and referred to them as “fake screenshots”, even though they were real documentary and evidential pieces.

We then requested you to inform us what it was specifically you were looking for, of which took us 3 attempts to request as you persisted with your threats of posting a negative Trustpilot review.

As eventually requested by you, we then sent across a PDF document of the document we sent to Santander UK PLC, even though this is against our internal business policy as it exposes our process of removal and risks change to guidance which could prevent some markers being removed for our other clients.

Upon sending you the PDF document and excusing all other factors, you have then took to Trustpilot to defame SCAMSENSE with libellous and slanderous comments.

Following your decision to complete the above action with the intention of causing financial loss to SCAMSENSE, we are forced to withdraw your case and pursue a case of defamation against you in the courts.

It is extremely unfortunate that you would take such action as your situation, because of your CIFAS markers, is completely dire. We want to help, but we can’t if you would rather sit and write false reviews about the firm that is trying to help you.

Not to mention the fact that you were given 3 CIFAS markers removal services for the price of one service as a good will gesture.

In addition, we have also continued our workings on your case, despite you filing a fraudulent fraud claim with your bank, HSBC UK BANK PLC.

I am certain that our response is transparent and genuine. It shows that we are honest and are able to show our genuine clients in genuinely dire situations that we are here to help, despite your attempts to degrade a completely legitimate business.

Please expect further information from us soon.

Kind Regards,
Your Team

I was really apprehensive of using a service like this after having money stolen from me by a company who were supposed to be legit, as a result I received a fraud marker and my bank account was closed, I couldn’t open another after that, that left me feeling really down and there seemed to be nowhere to go. I contacted Scamsence and I’ll be honest I was scared, I am so glad I did, the marker was removed in just over 4 weeks, I can’t thank these enough, I can finally have a bank account again, Thanks for helping me.
