Responsive & effective support

Monaliza from Scandinavian Biolabs helped me quickly get a complimentary re-order after the postal service where I live botched a simple delivery and got my initial order lost. Amazing customer service from Monaliza

I recently purchased a bio lab hairline regrowth system, and placed a subscription for the refills. I had an issue with my order -it hadn't dispatched ( so I requested via my subscription) and I ended up with just the refills arriving. I contacted customer services and Monaliza dealt with my concern. The order hadn't dispatched originally, as the rollerball system was out of stock. Monaliza worked on my case to work out what had happened and has sorted it all out for me. I am really impressed with the care and timeline of my issue. I am looking forward to trying out their hair regrowth system.

Monaliza Customer Service Expirience

Monaliza was not only quick, but also super attentive to my queries. Unlike most customer service nowadays, I got a response from a human, rather than an AI, and this really calmed the frustration down 😅Unfortunately, I will not be able to continue to shop Sandinavian Biolabs products whilst being in Hong Kong due to shippment difficulties. Nevertheless, I look forward to purchasing more products in the near future, when I move back to Europe.

Gold standard

Using shampoo, conditioner and serum since August 2024, this stuff works! It has made my partner very happy! Had a couple of queries and the customer service has been gold standard, everyone has replied quickly, professionally, friendly and lovely, resolving issues immediately. Could not recommend them more! Exceptional.
