Excellent customer service - Special thanks to Louie F.
I had an issue with an automatic subscription renewal, and I contacted customer support to request a cancellation and refund. I was assisted by Louie F., who was extremely professional, understanding, and helpful throughout the process.

​He handled my request promptly and, despite the initial confusion, he made sure I received a full refund and successfully cancelled my subscription. I really appreciate the transparency and the great support. I will definitely consider purchasing from Scandinavian Biolabs again in the future. Thank you, Louie!

We always recommend users conduct a patch test to see if the compatibility with your skin. If you are a subscriber to a hair activation serum, you may consult our in-house trichologist and see more personalized advice.
