I ordered a phone wallet on July 6th. Received a shipment email the day after. Since then nothing. I’ve written several emails both on their contact form and to their email address, but have received no reply. The tracking number link was last updated July 8th. The tracking number is not found on the shipping company website. I think these people are frauds.
I made my order july 15, and it stated that my order was ready soon after. But I have not received any further update on my order since. My questions are ; what happened? Has it been shipped? When will it arrive?
Regardless, their e mejl dose not work....
