Their website indicated they had 100 items in stock, so I placed an order and paid for an item for my office. After four days with no update, I contacted them to inquire about my order's status. They promptly responded, assuring me it would be shipped within two days. However, after waiting eight days and contacting them again, I was informed that they actually had no stock available and received a full refund. Curiously, their website still shows 100 items in stock. This experience was disappointing and a complete waste of time.

Placed an order of two chairs, AusPost split them to two parcels and only arrived one, the other can’t be tracked. Mike responded me in just few hours and helped found the rest and I received them all in time. Amazing service!
Only suggestion it would be great that if i can keep receiving shipping status updates by email, then I don’t have to go to website.

I'm glad I've finally found a site that delivers products as they were advertised and actually has reliable tracking and delivery. The site is easy to navigate and the transaction and delivery process was quick (even for bulky items). Both purchases were exactly what I had hoped for (the Artiss Led Floor Lamp Shelf in particular was actually even better than I'd expected). Very satisfied customer!

I purchased a fancy lamp with hovering light bulb and immediately loved it. The description said 30,000 hours of light, but sadly the bulb went flat after about 30 hours.
I contacted Scandista and got a response within 1 hour!! Not only that, they said they would arrange a replacement immediately. And they did! My new lamp arrived in less than 7 days.
Sometimes products can be faulty, that is acceptable. What normally gets on my nerves is when a company takes weeks to respond and only then demands you jump through hoops to prove you deserve a replacement.
I was absolutely delighted with the quick and polite response I got and the immediate replacement.
I will definitely purchase from these guys again because I know I can trust them and won't have any problems dealing with them.

Scandista provided quality and quantity on all levels. Purchased 3 items on Sunday and delivered by Wednesday. Would recommend and shop again!!! Very happy.

Goods are good quality but smaller than expected more suited for 12 year old not adults of different sizes. They are being used in an office. Apart from the size they chairs are of good quality and look good.

We ordered a table that got misplaced by the courier. Over 2 weeks of to-ing and fro-ing Mike from Scandista kept in touch to solve the problem and gave personal assistance, keeping in touch with updates. All relieved when said table finally appeared today. Easy to put together and fits in our kitchen just perfectly. Happy customers.

Quality of furniture (shoe rack and hat rack storage) top notch. Excellent quality. Firm/Sturdy/stylish too/no scratches or dents.
Delivery - really fast. ordered 17th arrived 23rd - much quicker than expected.
Easy to set up.
So far this has been my absolute best storage furniture buy.

The shelves look great and we are happy with the entire experience. The only thing that we would point to is that they are not overly good for the books, definitely not for more than one or two smaller books.If you put very light things on the shelf’s, you will be as happy as we are 😊

Paint work a bit rough in areas otherwise will do the job.

Quick delivery however the product is cheap quality and so hard to build I would not recommend however Scandista were more than accommodating providing myself with an refund and courier to pick up the return.
