The shop’s online experience was excellent. They sell quality art pieces and are careful in their descriptions. My vases were shipped quickly. The seller updated me on shipment status. The items were held up in customs for a period of time through no fault of seller. I bring that up to mention that seller kept track of shipment and communicated with me. That level of support is unusual. Lastly the vases were received so carefully packaged and absolutely beautiful (and very clean). This seller provided an excellent purchase experience!

They are so good at taking care of every aspect and detail to ensure the most perfect experience for their customers, and their products are stunning. My favourite gift to myself.

My beloved lamp was fixed for a fraction of a price it would have otherwise cost me to get a new one. Also, I really wanted to keep my old one. It was a brilliant solution and I'm glad we have this service near us.
